Baby Quail Inn - Motel in Sedona - 50 Willow Way, USA

We stayed here frequently about 10 years ago, since then management has become unbelievably lazy. No one is on site and the bedding has not been cleaned (see photos 1. Clearly unwashed wine stain 2. Black hair in the sheets). Just a really disgusting, disappointing experience. Sell the place and try another endeavor. Hospitality is not for you.

Kind instructions, convenient location, and so on are awesome! The wall in each room might be thinner, but that's because the price is cheaper. Thanks. Our trip was special!

Worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. DO NOT STAY HERE. We did not receive the code to get in the room, so I had to call the hotel phone number (there’s no lobby). They finally messaged me the code after waiting outside. When we got into the room, the place was A MESS. There was trash everywhere, food, the bed sheets were all messed up. It looked like the previous guests had just left. Mind you, this was at the time of our check-in, 3pm. I ended up calling the hotel again, very nicely, to ask for someone to clean the room and change the sheets and towels for us. She proceeded to tell me there was no cleaner around anymore and we could either stay in the DIRTY room or try to get a refund with expedia (which we didn’t even book the room with). I asked her if there was any other option, because we had traveled all the way there and it would be expensive to find another hotel. The lady on the phone started CUSSING ME OUT, and hung up the phone. Awful place and even worse service.

No one's on site. Had to call the number on the door multiple times back to back before someone would answer to give me my room code. Even the woman on the people didn't seem to care. Why would she, not like they'll fire her or write her up. She's in some other country. So much for putting Americans to work. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. You'll be happier with your stay.

Remote check in... a little different than what we're used to; but, check-in went well. The property is well landscaped, our room was clean, and had a nice roomy shower. We also liked the reasonable price given the location, being close to downtown and stores. Now for the negatives. Our room, #12, had a too saggy king bed and very hard, tall pillows ... not comfortable. The lighting in the room was very bright white. There were no drawers or night stands, just a small dinette table. They could use some softer, warmer room lighting. The curtains were thin enough to allow the exterior white lights in all night. I didn't get much sleep, so we checked out at 5:am, went back home to Phoenix and took a long nap. Because of the negatives, we won't stay there again. It's a shame, because there were also many pluses.

This was the most unsanitary location I've ever visited, with infestations of cockroaches and bed bugs. The conditions were so uncomfortable that we had to check out and find another hotel. Our interaction with the staff wasn't pleasant either, as the person we spoke to over the phone was discourteous. Initially, we were assured a refund, but unfortunately, that commitment wasn't honored. The attached photos provide visual evidence of our experience.

Simply wow.... what a beautiful boutique in the middle of the Sedona. Very nice back and front yard with BBQ grill. The jacuuzi was fun. Hassle free checkin. They sent me the passcode in an email and BOOM. Just go check yourself in. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

It's a nice room for the price. I do wish it was a little more clean I had to give everything a good wipe down when I came in and found some crumbs and hair but all in all its a nice place
