Tried out this place a few months back based on a friend’s recommendation and I must say, it was pretty good for a coffee shop. They had been ordering coffee and a few sandwiches from here pretty regularly so I had to try this place when I visited them. We had a takeout order from this place for a couple of coffees and some sandwiches. The coffee was fantastic. I had mocha latte. For breakfast, I gave ham and cheese croissant a shot and my friends had ordered avocado toast and a chicken wrap. The food was amazing, albeit, on the expensive side. Everything tasted great and fresh, was cooked properly and wasn’t soggy or anything, which you typically expect from a coffee shop, unfortunately. It was refreshing to try out this place and experience such amazing food and coffee.

Always great food when we go there!! Everything we had has been very tasty and flavorful.

The MC ‘n’ B is by far the best breakfast sandwich in the area. Beechwood salad is reliably great too - lots of chicken. Coffee is pretty good but the food is the standout. Staff are super nice, service is fast even when it’s busy. My go-to weekend breakfast (and occasional lunch) spot

I just got a chai tea latte there a few moments ago! I didn't know I had about 4 bucks and 80 cents left to my name since I was shopping and washing clothes earlier. I had 60 bucks left to my name at the time and didn't know I went down to 4 or had 4 bucks to my name in general! The kind gentleman at the counter who works there with the white hat had took the liberty to pay off the rest of the 2 bucks for me—for the chai tea. And I honestly am truly grateful for their kindness! 🥺 ( I was the girl with the brown beanie hat and the white pajama pants with the stars and moon designs haha xD ) Also! Ive went there a few times for breakfast ( when I wasn't broke of course xD ) and their waffles as well as their espresso coffee's are out of this world. If I see this employee there again. I want to repay him for his kindness! ❤️☺️ Down below is the waffle I had there last time when I was out with my mother. The waffles? 100% I recommend! I also had their veggie burger a month and a half ago too! ( Picture down below ! ) Best veggie burger and french fries ever.

The atmosphere is great. Food is good. One The members staff has a horrible attitude. I spend a lot of money every week working at their cafe and the entire time this kid makes me want to leave. Extremely rude and unpleasant , unprofessional. I have to work near the day care every week but I will go to another Cafe next week. I would give 0 if I could.

This is one of my favorite cafés in Jersey city. Great airy space, most delightful staff, good coffee and the food is good as well. I like spending time here sometimes working while listening to (mostly) some classical music. Bathrooms are always clean. Must try - pancakes, granola bowl, California veggie burger, bulgogi bowl, Cajun chicken salad, eggs Bennie

Got two build-your-omelette to go with a latte. Ingredients are fresh and the latte was good. The wait time is short and the staff friendly. Not fancy food but nothing bad about the omelette, you also got a lot to choose from. Would recommend for a quick drink too.
