B Ocean Resort Fort Lauderdale Beach - Resort hotel in Fort Lauderdale - 1140 Seabreeze Blvd, USA

Resort views were great. Beach location can’t be beat. Staff were awesome. The infinity pool was a blast. Close to food and shops. Only issue was the pricing and additional costs really added up compared to the room size. Room was super small for the price. Stayed in April of 2024 before our Disney cruise. Wry easy to get to airport and cruise port. Resort is in a great location of Fort Lauderdale

Ricardo at the front desk checked us in. He was great, very nice, and looks out for his guests. The room was clean and spacious. Our room was a Stunning Ocean view with two double beds. The sink stopper got stuck, and we talked to the front desk. Again, Ricardo made an asap work order to have fixed, and within an hour, it was fixed! Honestly, there are no real complaints on our part. We had a nice and enjoyable stay. The beach at the property was clean. So was the public beach area. I couldn't get over how clean the entire area was. Lots to do and places to eat and drink within walking distance. Jordan at the poolbar is an amazing human being! All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

The hotel is great for the price, beautiful views and location is convenient. The beach is awesome too. Kevin, the beach guy was a bless and a very helpful person. However, the overnight shift on the front desk was the rudest I have ever encountered.

I just got home from B Ocean. TK at the front desk was awesome, the bartenders at the pool were great, and the housekeeping staff extremely friendly!! I would never stay there again, we lost power one evening at 8:30 am and it came back the following day at 1 pm. No one reached out with an update, in fact they behaved as if nothing happened. That morning I waited in line at the front desk to get an update, the lobby was packed and they had a huge fan going. Everywhere else it was extremely hot and humid. I was told there was free breakfast by the beach for everyone. No apologies, nothing. I asked what compensation would they offer the guests and was told the power was not their fault that the power company was working on it. They said they would offer compensation at check out. I mentioned the lack of communication and they told me they had no way of contacting 500 rooms, I suggested they put a sign up in their lobby. I am not placing blame but, I paid this hotel for a service that I was not receiving!! Anyway, upon checking out I received no compensation until I asked for it! I feel sorry for all the people that just checked out without asking for a credit. People work hard and are deserving of the services they pay for… As I said before I would never stay here again.

I have spent three nights in this hotel and was a beautiful surprise. Close to the beach, all the staff super friendly and dedicated. Agathe at the front desk was super professional and made my stay very enjoyable with helping me to upgrade my room with an ocean view and balcony, which was relaxing. I will definitely come back.

On our road trip down to Miami, this was a one night stop off for us. After checking in we do wish we’d have booked more nights.|We were greeted by the lovely Charles, who was super nice and helpful. Also his colleague Sally was super nice and friendly. |The pool area with private beach is small paradise. |We received and upgraded room with a balcony looking out to the beach which was stunning. Super comfy beds we slept great. |Only a short walk from the bustling seafront nightlife. So great location. |We cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will be back and next time for longer.

We had such a disappointing experience at B Ocean Hotel. From the moment we walked into our room, it was clear cleanliness was not a priority—there were stains on the pillowcases and even on the lamps. We brought it up with the staff, and they said they'd remove the resort fee for that day. But guess what? They didn’t. On top of that, we were charged twice for parking for multiple days, and after we left, I noticed all these unexpected charges on my credit card, totaling about $400. I tried calling the hotel about 20 times, but it was nearly impossible to speak with anyone. I finally reached two people, and they both told me they couldn’t even see the charges on their system. Despite this, my card was charged anyway. I requested receipts for everything and was promised I’d receive them within 24 hours, but months later, I still haven’t received anything, and they never called back. Now, I’m stuck disputing the charges with my bank, dealing with a mountain of paperwork to prove these charges were wrong. To make matters worse, when I called the front desk to address these issues, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and told me she was too busy to talk. The whole experience felt like a complete waste of money. The hotel’s furniture is old and worn, and even the glasses in our room were dirty with fingerprints. I’ve never experienced such poor service—save your money and stay somewhere else.
