Had an amazing experience spent the weekend I spent here and found the staff so amazing and helpful. I had signed up for a couple of spa sessions and immediately found the professionalism, knowledge, and care from my therapist Lupe to be above and beyond that I requested her for all my sessions. I highly recommend her for your stay. As for the cafe it’s clean a smaller menu but super clean eating and tasty, be mindful that they do have a cut off from breakfast to lunch so plan accordingly. I do recommend the cookies lol. The amenities are top notch and didn’t have an issue just walking into the “cold room” the Himalayan salt room, the pool outdoor and indoor spas were always empty. Overall it was an extremely enjoyable getaway and I highly recommend this place.

FYI: This is an adults only Hotel/Resort.||Loved that the large pool and all of the hot tubs are filled with mineral water. This makes a huge difference when you swim/soak for a long time. Because my skin did not wrinkle at all after swimming for hours. I didn't even have to rinse out my bathing suit like I normally have to because it smelled and felt completely clean afterwards.||My massage was on time and I felt refreshed afterwards.||My spa room was extremely spacious. Although the room lacks a television (which is fine with me) and a microwave (which would have been nice if I wanted to heat up food/drinks), it does have a small refrigerator along with Turkish robes and sandals for guests to borrow. The spa room had the biggest and deepest hot tub that I have ever seen in personal hotel room! The tub filled relatively quickly with perfectly heated mineral water. Had double blinds if you want the room extra dark. ||Azure Palm Hot Springs Resort surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary in our room.||So why the 3 stars instead of 5 stars?....||$20 Sesame crusted tuna bowl was delicious but extremely small. Its portion size is like an appetizer. When I asked for extra sauce (sized like a typical small sauce container), the cafe replied that it would be an extra surcharge.||My spa room had air conditioning and a fan. I had set my room to 70 degrees, but it felt like 78 degrees, even overnight... both my husband and I were sweating all night and couldn't sleep at all.||The final kicker was the bill, which breaks down the pricing in a difficult to understand manner because of the way the credit cards were charged. I was initially quoted a price over the phone for my one night stay and 2 massages that supposedly included all taxes and fees, except for massage gratuity. When I checked out, there was a sudden addition of a $34 sales tax charge on my room. I didn't feel like arguing over $34, but the sudden last minute extra charge just ruined my overall experience.

Both my friend and I came to this spa resort for my Birthday. The treatment room looked like something at a strip mall - then immediately after our treatment were asked to sign ANOTHER form after we've signed at the front desk along with being charged a deposit fee so absolutely no need to have to sign forms again especially after a relaxing treatment and we both got great massages. The property is located in a terrible neighborhood - I thought we were going to get a real 5 star property with beautiful dessert scenery - this is not that at all. The restaurant had delicious food the mineral water in the pool and tubs was very nice but sadly the pool had no shade to enjoy the water and this is July 24' very hot. If your going to advertise "don't build something up it's not". Dell who was at the pool was an absolute sweetheart made sure we were hydrated brought us cold beverages and we really appreciated him such a good caring staff member I hope they are aware they have a Gem with him.

First time here for my birthday and will definitely be returning. Friendly staff, relaxing environment, and great amenities. Salt room, ice room, mineral soak, sauna, spa services, on-site cafe, and much more. Great place to stay as a little get away. A bit tucked away and incognito but don’t let the exterior fool you. All remodeled interiors with comfortable beds and in-suite mineral tubs (select rooms). Azure is a hidden gem that is worth the trek to the desert!

Day spa, we did not stay here. $70 for unlimited use and we enjoyed every minute. Waters were cooling, even though the temp was 120. Maybe that was why! The hot tub and cabanas are shaded and that helped immensely. Great service, the staff were on the ball and present for anything we needed. ALL of the water is mineral-based and rejuvenating, compared to Aqua Caliente in Palm Springs where only one pool is mineral springs (?), and then limited to 15 minutes. (Please confirm ) The spa location is concerning in Desert Springs, but that's where the water is. It's just very off the tourist track, but we'll be back.

Amazing experience for after stagecoach recovery! From booking my day passes with Heidi I knew this place was going to be special. She helped with all my questions. When we arrived Kim was so friendly and helpful getting our Lockers set up. The pools exceeded my expectations and the view was breath taking. My favorite part was meeting the pool engineer Del and he was beyond a good host. He was so knowledgeable and I had a great time learning about the pools systems from him. He showed me around and I felt like a VIP! I love visiting hot springs and this have been to many across the USA but this one may be my new favorite. Thank you to all the staff who made my morning after the festival rejuvenation possible!!!

This was a long weekend mini trip. It was extremly hot 112 weather. I was boiling in the mineral hot tub lol. I enjoyed the pool the spa and of course the mineral tub' did I mentioned it was hot? Anyways'we had breakfast it was very good staff was friendly. I loved they have a noise reduction policy. But some guests still don't care. I would def come back again

Beautiful property and spa amenities. Very cute and quiet. The area outside of the property is sketchy and no covered parking. I would not recommend 🚫 for groups or celebrations as our group and others were scolded for laughing too loud. Rooms were also very hot with AC, definitely no more than 2 people to a room if you like a cool room to sleep. Cafe food and drinks were better than most hotels.
