Azalea Inn and Villas - Featured Reviews (305)
We went for the weekend to celebrate our Anniversary. This place is amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly and treat you like family. The breakfast is phenomenal, who ever does the cooking is truly a master. The old house has so much history!! The coffee bar was a huge plus for us, we love coffee. The only down side was a frog that camped outside our room at night LOL but hey maybe it was just trying to serenade us. Love this place and would definitely go back!! We have already been recommending it to other people.
We stayed in the Garden Cottage Suite, which is a 2 bedroom room located in what was the carriage house. The Suite overlooks the pool. The beds and bedding very comfortable. Appreciated the luxurious robes provided in each bedroom (2 each). Our room had a fridge and microwave. One bottled water per guest was provided each day. It was great to come back from a day of sight seeing and cool off in the pool. The courtyard space w/ the pool is lovely. The front porch is also a great space for relaxing. Breakfast each morning was delicious and elegant. Hors d oeuvres were appreciated between 5-6 pm, and dessert was available all evening (self serve). Everything we tried was delicious. Staff was professional but friendly and very nice.
Truly had an amazing experience at the Azalea Inn. We stayed in a room with a deck that overlooked the pool. It was picturesque, especially at night with the lights shimmering off the pool. The room was nice, the deck was great, and the pool was refreshing, but none of those things comapred to the people. Teagan and Q were great "hosts," the chefs made oustanding breakfasts, and the housekeeping staff was both accomodating and fun! The time spent at the Azalea was so great, I looked at reviews while we were there just to see what people might complain about, because I could find nothing.
The staff were very friendly and helpful; Q was so welcoming when we arrived. Breakfasts were outstanding as were the late afternoon treats that were available in the dining room. I stayed in the Chinaberry room on the second floor, very comfortable. The Inn was quiet at night. A small, inviting pool is on the property but we did not use it as too busy sightseeing and shopping! Azalea Inn had everything I needed and wanted. Would highly recommend this charming B & B!
We enjoyed our two night stay at Azalea Inn. It is a lovely property with comfortable rooms. The small pool was a welcome reprieve after a long, hot day touring this amazing town. The breakfasts were delicious and they easily accommodated our special requests. The location, near Forsythe Park, was convenient.
The Azalea Inn was an amazing place to stay! From the incredible, friendly customer service, the delicious daily breakfast, the lovely accommodations which included a private balcony, super soft bedding, lovely courtyard and pool and nightly snacks and desserts, we couldn’t have asked for more! Both Scott and Teagan were amazing resources regarding restaurants and other helpful information about Savannah. We will tell the others and would definitely come back!
Best Bed and Breakfast, clean and comfortable. They had all your needs covered and if you needed something special just had to ask. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was so good, and the afternoon appetizers did not disappoint! They had an over the top delicious dessert waiting for us every night! My only negative was a parking fee, but maybe they all do that. Made our anniversary perfect
I enjoyed my stay at the Azalea very much and would return without hesitation. I was searching for a small, traditional b&b in an historic home AND a pool—not so easy to find. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food delicious (desserts in the dining room available all night—what a delight!), the pool beautiful and calming, and my room was so comfortable and spacious.||My only issues of note were that I did not know that off-street parking is not free/included with your stay, which is annoying if you can’t find a street space right in front of the inn—also there are street cleaning regulations that put you at risk of being towed if you forget and don’t park properly at the correct times. So be aware of that. ||Also, if you are mold sensitive this is not the place for you. I would be skeptical that any historic b&b in Savannah would be safe for you, honestly, but I can only speak to this one. I am not mold sensitive but I have friends I often travel with who are, so this is always on my mind. I can definitely smell the mold here, so beware.
What a gem. This is a total find. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were two friends, so I used the sofa bed as an extra room. It worked very well - itâs big and comfortable and, if you ask, theyâ
Was traveling through and had the privilege of working out with a fun and talented group. The online sign up was super easy, was able to sign my waiver and reserve a class in a jiff. The gym was conveniently located and a quick walk from my hotel. T
