Lynn was incredibly helpful, patient and kind. Really appreciate her and Dom as well. They were very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was also great, the women who prepared it were so warm and kept things tidy. They were so on top of things. Overall, the members at this location treated us as if we were guests in their home. Loved it and hope to return!

Nice family hotel. Generous breakfast with hot and cold options. Clean and comfortable lobby, gym and parking lot. Attentive staff that is immediately responsive. Quite a few families with small children were there when I went, but the rooms were quiet. Elevator was out one day, but was working the next day (isolated incident). I would happily recommend this place and plan to stay here again when I visit east Corona.

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Air conditioner worked. Lampshades were straight. Outlets worked. Iron, coffee maker, and refrigerator were much appreciated. We didn’t request, but could have used a lighter blanket - we were too warm. The body wash needed to be refilled. The plastic veneer on the shower is starting to peel. Hallways have an odor but not in the room. It’s good there are fans in the hallways. Breakfast was good. The servers kept up with the demand. Some from our group had to leave early and didn’t get to have breakfast. It would’ve been nice if breakfast started at 6:30. Lynn at reception remembered us from last year. She is so helpful and welcoming. Thank you for working with the Jehovah’s Witnesses Convention Committee and giving us a group rate. We appreciate this. It helps make it possible for families to come from Canada and different states to attend our conventions and assemblies. We also try to be good guests. Overall, good experience. Thank you.

The facility is gorgeous and clean. The breakfast every morning was incredible and easy. The staff was kind and very accommodating! The pool was clean and perfect temperature. This is our 2nd time staying here 11 years apart and still an incredible experience! We will always stay here when we’re in town.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location also was very perfect. I have to report that I was charged an insurance deposit, as per the hotel’s policy, was supposed to be refunded upon check-out. However, I have yet to receive the refund despite [20 days] since my departure. I have checked with my bank, and there is no record of the transaction being processed. I mailed the hotel and they asked me to wait for some time and they will follow up with me but they didn’t. I sent them again more than 3 times with no respond!! It was really not expected..

I like pillows flat and firm, so I always bring my own. Room super clean, staff super nice. Refrigerator didn’t have freezer, end there was no microwave. I did miss those Lots of restaurants nearby. I got a very nice price for the 2 day stay. Close to Tom’s Farm, Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa Koroneburg Renaissance Faire, and malls galore. I would stay here again.

This Place is wonderful! From the moment you walk in the lobby it is SO WELCOMING, you see a beautiful fireplace and couches. The rooms are WELL Appointed and decorated and LOVE the pictures throughout. Also love the famous quotes on doors as you walk down the hallway,. We also LOVE the smell of their shower body wash and soaps and lotion!|The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and we have always found the rooms VERY CLEAN ! Their full breakfasts are amazing, staff is great. All in All our home away from home when we travel to this area.

Facility was well maintained. i would like to see a better web interface for guests. For instance, I want to track my Ayres "points' on my account page and elect to make reservations using those points while making a reservation online. Your customer service tele number refers callers to an email address that appears to be only loosely monitored. That's a problem.
