We just had a water softener installed by Mike.C and Thomas.B. They did such a fabulous job and talked me through the process while installing it, we can’t wait to have soft water for our family. 10/10 recommended Axis Water!

We had this system installed some years ago and we have been very impressed and pleased with how it seamlessly integrated into our home. When it suddenly stopped producing water the other day, we had an appointment set up easily and quickly. Rene already had an idea of what was happening before he got here and he had this thing working again in very little time, like minutes. We have been very happy with the company, the service, and mostly the quality of our water, since our first experience with them.

Adam and his team are top notch. They was able to come on fairly short notice to get the work done while we had our yard under construction. His installation team was able to work with us on placement. They also made sure not to damage any of the irrigation or grading work we had done. The unit has only been working for a short time, but so far it has been a huge improvement in our water. We can already tell/feel the difference. The Axis team is very knowledgeable of the water supply issues in North Texas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our neighbors or use them again if we move.

After considerable research and checking into what is available in Lubbock, we decided that Ecowater had the right equipment for our needs and the best value for the money. (FYI-if you pay for this system through your Costco membership, you get a gift card, the value of which is based on a percentage of the cost of your system.) The installation went great- Ecowater installers Tommy and Joe were hardworking (they had to dig trenches for the pipes), competent, and very pleasant to deal with. They picked up and cleaned up when they were finished. They answered all our questions with patience and completely. Great guys! Jeremy, the company rep, was quick to return phone calls and answer questions- again, with patience and complete explanations. We were very pleased our experience with Ecowater Lubbock and our water tastes great! We definitely recommend them!

Very professional experience. The people at Ecowater were very informative over the phone when my husband called. They were able to schedule a consultation the very next day. We were impressed with what the system could offer and wanted to schedule for an installation as soon as possible. When the installers calendars were full our sales representative cleared time in his schedule the next day to install the system himself. We are now enjoying clear and clean drinking water thanks to our new reverse osmosis system. We are looking forward to our future with Ecowater.

Michael Clarke did a fantastic job. Did the job quickly and efficiently. On the day he came to change my filters I was not feeling well. He brought me water and helped me move around the house. Ecowater does great work and has fabulous customer service. I would definitely recommend ecowater to anyone.

We just purchased an AXIS Water softening/ treatment system . Mike was our sales/service/educator rep. The experience thus far has been excellent. Mike is very knowledgeable in water treatment and has has experience in various water treatment applications. In August of 2016, my husband and I started searching for a water softener and an R/O (Reverse Osmosis) system. Ecowater was, by far, the most cost effective for us. We were given several payment options and finally decided to purchase a system. The staff was very professional, polite, and very helpful. Services were completed when promised, and Jeremy, the Residential Services Manager, and his team made sure that we understood how the equipment worked before they left. With our new investment, we are saving money because we use far less detergent with the soft water, and, with the R/O system, we always have filtered water, which is also connected to the refrigerator (filtered water and ice too).
