My experience with Mitchell and his staff has revitalize my view point on the humankind. Not only does he and his staff service the needs of their clients, but the product does work. I tested them with a small client first and Axcela has already collected on 7 of 9 delinquencies. Axcela has also freed up attorney cost for my client, so they are able to repurpose the funds to fit the community needs. What a Service to help HOA boards stretch there financial resources.

Horrible company. Customer service reps are mean and not willing to assist with supportive plans to help payoff debt. I spoke with a team manager named Greg who told me if I can’t pay, he can’t help me.

Axela is a great company to be associated with. Due to my lack of not reviewing important information on our contract, I had some upset homeowners. I contacted Mitchell and he helped me right away to rectify the situation and offer support that they did not have to give due to my mistake. I will definitely continue working with them!

Not only are they responsive, reliable and a helpful company they also allow management companies, Boards and owners to have a very transparent transaction that eliminates the emotional aspect when sending owners into collections for being past due because of their automated systems and client portal that is available to owners, Boards and management. Tried them on single family homes when they became a Buildium partner. Gave them 7 accounts w/ about $12,000 total balance. Have not been able to collect a penny. Didn't put collection on debtor's credit report as originally promised. They give up on trying to collect after about 3 months. Our open accounts are sitting out there with zero activity. Very disappointed!
