Right on River Road as one heads out of town towards farms and small towns. À host of large trees giving off pine and fir aromas in the breeze. Lots of shade. Lots of sunny spots. For as small as this park is it gives off big park feels. Children play areas. A wide open grassy area and horseshoe pits. The built-in grill has been covered over. There are picnic tables. A few walking areas. Busy road on one side, the side where the parking is, quiet neighborhood on the other three sides. This park has been here 62+ years. Nice.
It's a great little park surrounded by established trees. It has a playground for little kids and bigger kids and a nice flat open field to kick the ball. Plenty of dragonflies, butterflies and birds to enjoy.
There are 2 nice playground sections at this park, one for the littles and one for older kids. Large field with a little hiking path across the creek. Picnic tables. Swings. Portapotties. Sometimes this park has issues with homeless people camping in their cars in the parking lot, but it’s been pretty clear the last several times we’ve been there.
We love this park. It has plenty of grass to run around on, lots of park toys to play on, and one of the only parks that we have found that is completely covered with shade, which is a huge plus for those hot summer days. There are a few picnic benches and a fire pit on one side. Swings for all ages as well. I love that there is a side of the park for "babies" and another side for bigger kids. Can be tricky to get a parking spot sometimes.
Nice quiet park that is relatively clean. Kids really enjoy the play structures and the large grassy area is great for running around. There are sometimes homeless people in the parking lot and infrequently in the shady (literally) areas where the trees are. I've never seen them close to the play structures or tables though. There are Porta Pottys and a water fountain.
A really nice little park with a big playground. A lot, and a wide variety of features for all different kids. One improvement I might suggest would be for the bridge on the main structure to be tighter if possible - its tricky to navigate, especially with a little one and/or when it's wet.
Helpful warnings about poison oak were posted for certain areas (away from playground).
I use to go here when I was 18 years old, moved away for 14 years. Came back for vacation.
Now I'm 34 and have kids of my own. Loved that I could share this with them. The park hasn't changed much either, except the huge log got cut away and a bridge put in its place. That part made me really sad.
Small and clean park
Split into 3 play areas
1. For toddlers
2. For 5 to 12 years old
3.Swings
And it's very nice
Great hike. Not too challenging but enough to give you a workout and a reward of a fabulous view from the top.
Can be a little busy but I found everyone is friendly and enjoying the hike.
Yeah. So anyway. I went wandering. This Park is right here. Never went anywhere. I am not the only person who found it. All kinds of Human Beings here. Frolicsome. Noisome. Happy to be alive, Human Beings. Wide open. Useful. A delight. S
I just love this park so much. It's never too busy, but it's absolutely gorgeous and there is always good people and dog watching! If you want a nice place to relax in the sun come here.
Cute park with a massive playground and open areas. The real gem are small pathways thru the treeline down to the water for a secluded spot to hang in the shade and listen to the water
My family & I love coming here. Its kind of a special place for us. Amazing view of Eugene & breathtaking view of the mountains. Drive up to the top always freaks me out tho, its unnerving cuz it's pretty steep!
Great walk pleasant people try and do together walk in 45 minutes. The best I've done is 50 minutes. Beautiful and always interesting things turkeys owls.
It's a great park to walk. Right next to the Willamette River, the mixture of green and bubbling clear water create a very nice environment for a walk or bike. Across the bridge is the university of Oregon, and many office buildings. Great area to re
Lovely little jaunt in South Eugene. Typically quite clean, somewhat vertical and parking can be a bit tight at the bottom of the trail so arrive early or be lucky!
This was a surprise find on a trip to Eugene. We went on our first night; but based on the owner, friendly atmosphere, and crowd, we went back each night we were in the area.

Signature's service during mom's last times was so genuinely caring and comforting to my mom and our family. Tami Martin helped us step by step through this difficult time, and I'm so grateful to her and all the others at Signature.
Honestly, Casey and Megan are amazing. They are not only helpful, motivated and encourage others on how to do the correct form within a workout, but help them grow by working with others through demonstration. Thanks F45 staff, you'll definitely be
Hands down my favorite climbing gym in the state. Great atmosphere to have fun climbing or seriously train. New routes weekly and a really good variety of options from beginner to advance and everything in-between. They host classes and competitions

Delicious food, friendly owner, fast service.
Selected this place since it was 4.9 with 100 reviews and wanted to take a couple burgers home.
We built our own 1/3 smash burgers with jalepenos and mushrooms and tried both the beer battered and steak
Did not disappoint. We came here based on other reviews. Looking for great local fried chicken. Our party was so happy with the food. I had the special tamarind fried chicken. I was in fried chicken heaven the coating on the chicken was crisp with sw
