My laptop was moving slow and Vernon immediately saw that it was my hard drive that needed to be replaced. It was critical that I received my laptop back quickly to finish a project. Vernon got the laptop back to me in record time. The price was very reasonable. I can now hold off on getting a new laptop. In this economy we just have to try to hold on to what we got right? He kindly talked me through what to expect with the process, he called to update me once he diagnosed the issue on my computer after his office hours, he kindly installed a drive and updated my computer so that I could get it restarted to use again, and provided a list of recommendations for the issue that was out of the scope of his company. This would have to be the most professional and expedited service I've ever had while dealing with a computer.
