This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The room was a little small but very nice. CLEAN. Everything was spotless. The washcloths, towels, sheets, and comforter were white and looked like they were being used for the first time. Dove brand body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were in the room. The bed was a little on the firm side, but still comfortable enough. Breakfast was lacking in hot items, but what they had was of high quality/name brands. The staff were even better than the hotel. The night clerk, Jasmine, was the nicest person that I have ever encountered at any hotel that I have stayed at(especially for a walk in at Midnight). She was an absolute pleasure to interact with. She personally walked to our room to make sure that the keycards worked and make sure the room was acceptable. Holiday Inn should make training videos of her for there staff nationwide. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area. If stopping during a long trip midway( my case), I would say that is worth driving a few exits more to stay here.

I recently stayed at the Avid hotel and I received outstanding customer service from Audrey, Lilly, and Emily in housekeeping. I made a mistake regarding the date of my visit and Lilly was able to change my reservation to the correct date. Audrey ensured I was able to check in early. Thank you Emily for a really clean room. My visit was amazing.

This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel. And to describe my experience in one word, "WOW." from the point of check-in, Joy was so cordial and efficient. She made me feel as I had made the right decision in my lodging choice. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Audrey, the office manager, who was so nice and checked with me to see how everything was with my room. I also met Brandon and Lily when I went to the front desk to purchase some snacks. Then the following morning, I had the opportunity to meet Ronni, who was so kind to make sure that a fresh, hot breakfast was available. I want to convey my appreciation to the housekeeping staff, even though I was not able to get their name, for making sure my room was well-supplied, and clean. The only thing that I would change for my future visits would be that I could take more time off from work, so I could enjoy the accommodations longer. I am looking forward to my next stay at this location!

We checked into the Hotel around 11:30pm the night of August 5th stopping for some rest on a drive from Michigan to Florida. We received the greatest, warmest welcome from Brandon the night manager. His hospitality and warmth made us feel right at home! Thanks again Brandon!! Great spot!!

Hotel was clean. The location had easy access from the interestate. Staff was great and friendly. We arrived without a reservation and they happily worked to get the rooms we needed. Really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely choose it again if I were in the area.

We were traveling with 7 people and stopped late at night at avid and I have to say it was a nice hotel. The shampoo and conditioner and soap was dove which is nice instead of the normal cheap stuff you get. It was very clean and modern. Breakfast was good and jasmine on the night shift was so sweet. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

After a long day of travel my friend and I had a wonderful stay. Brandon at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with getting our room and had the breakfast ready for us 30 minutes earlier than the normal serving hours. The room was quiet and clean . The AC worked great and the beds were very comfy. Thank you Brandon for goi g above and beyond!!!

The hotel is so clean. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is so happy and helpful even at 3 am. Brandon was my host and he took only but few minutes to check us in. In the morning breakfast was ready and Brandon was there again making sure our stay is 100% satisfactory.
