My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and the experience at this hotel made our stay at Dallas pleasurable. Everything about this hotel is great. The staff (front desk, kitchen, room cleaners) all have a great work ethic. We found lovely team of people working here and kudos to Management for the amazing work culture. By the time we were leaving, we all began to interact as friends, hoping to see one another again. Love the breakfast! Coffee machines with varieties are top-notch. Next time we are in Dallas, Avid is the ideal place.

The front desk staff were super friendly and polite. Rooms were clean and had the bare minimum which is all we were looking for for the night. Beds, hot showers, mini fridge, and soaps and shampoos. No complaints on any of it. Breakfast was grab and go but it was suitable for what we are doing. It met all of our needs. My son dumped his juice and although I'm sure they weren't thrilled, they quickly helped us clean it up. I would stay here again.

In between the airport and downtown Orlando the location is pretty centralized to everything and easy access to the highway. Moreover, the staff make you feel like you are family, and they remember you as if you are staying in their home. Breakfast is great, people are great, staff is amazing all the way from the cleaners to the managers everyone was ridiculously kind. I will stay here every year during the CrossFit Games just because of the hospitality. Thanks again Love Kim and Chloe'

The hotel is new, so it was clean. The rooms were not large and there are no dressers with drawers. No closets. Just hooks on the wall to hang your clothes on. In the bathroom there were not hooks to hang towels or clothes. That was really frustrating because there were three of us and we didn't have anywhere to hang our wet towels. Room felt hot at night. For some reason hotel ac units don't cool at night. I think that is intentional. You would think hotels would want you to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was okay. But nothing compared to the breakfast at Embassy Suites. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool just opened so we didn't get to swim. It's an indoor pool.

Adnan at front desk is so kind, always acknowledging guests. Biggest shout out to Tyvaugn, Above and Beyond service, kind gentleman, 1:30 am checked us in, found a place, very close to get a drink. (Issues w/ car rental). Much appreciated! Room was very comfortable, location perfect, and they keep it very clean. Breakfast assortment was awesome.

I like the cleanliness and modern design of the hotel , not only in the room in itself but even the lobby was super clean. Staff were very friendly from the time I checked in until the time I checked out. Would definitely comeback and recommend others!

Super clean and light atmosphere. Friendly staff, very comfortable beds. Several restaurants within walking distance. Excellent value! My new “go to” when I’m in North Fort Worth!
