I booked into the room in the early afternoon and my room was available straight away. However, after having had a shower and whilst sitting on my bed, someone opened my door and walked into the room, using a room a room card. I shouted twice that I was in the room and the person looked at me for a minute and then walked back out. I immediately called reception and was put on hold for over five minutes. Once I explained my issue to the front desk and asked them to look at who else might have a a room key, I was informed that no one else had access and that no one had walked into my room. When I said that I had actually witnessed this personally I was told, “I’m not calling you a liar but no one walked into your room”, which is simply calling me a liar! How the front desk could make that assertion after I personally witnessed this is beyond me. I got no further with my request to move rooms or be assured that everything had been done to ensure my room was secure and so had to take my valuables everywhere with me afterwards just as a precaution. The individual in question was sulky for the rest of the period after I went downstairs and had a word with her about how not to treat guests and how she could make such a bold statement when I had a valid complaint. I sent an email to her manager ten days ago and have had nothing back from them at all. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service provided. The rooms were fine but the breakfast was below par with other similar hotels.

This hotel was super clean. Rooms don't have closets just hanging options which was a drawback. The breakfast isn't as elaborate as other chains but the Jimmy Dean biscuit sandwiches were hot and tasty, the yogurt was perfect. I was missing an iron but the front desk provided one. The best parts of the stay: the fresh grinding digital coffee makers and the water dispenser that also dispenses sparkling water! Awesome!

The downsides I could think of was the road entry/ exit access point and there was a small clump of hair inside the douvet! Housekeeping needs to thoroughly wash those douvets too! Otherwise, this hotel is good. Plenty of breakfast options, gym was clean and amply furnished. Lots of seating options in the lobby to work/ hangout. Rooms were surprisingly quiet despite the busy location.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Had issues with the dispensers in the shower. The body wash dispenser fell apart. Tried to use the shampoo pump and nothing came out. Reported it to the front desk thinking it would be fixed by the time we got back that evening. Got up the next morning and realized nothing had been done. The body wash dispenser fell apart again and nothing came out of the shampoo dispenser. Plus pulled up on the faucet and it fell off. Was able to get it back on to brush teeth.

Make sure you check your sheets. My room had yellow stains on the bed sheets & the shower was dirty but the front desk lady was nice about the situation & gave us a different room. But when it was time to check out the front desk lady was really rude first off when I went down for breakfast no one was cleaning are doing anything but as soon as she see me going to get breakfast she was trying to hurry up in put everything up so I got what I can get in went back to the room. So after that I come back down to check out she looks at me & proceed to clean I waited for 10 min no one help me, then I say “excuse me I’m ready to check out she looks at me again and said I know & continue to clean but after she was done cleaning it only took her one minute to check me out

Very clean and spacious room! However the walls are paper thin, thinner than dorm rooms walls … maybe it was where my room was located on the first floor but I could hear every single word that people spoke …idk if they were outside, next door or in the hallway but they all sounded close and clear! I could hear every door slam, every bump in the night ….

Perfect for what we were looking for! Late night stop for my family of 4 after hours of driving. Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds in quiet rooms. Front desk associate was extremely nice, polite, and fast in getting my room (was also very nice and patient to some person she was helping on the phone at 1am....). Staff in the morning was super friendly and got us some yogurts and offered to give us more breakfast items even though we were past breakfast hours. Not the fanciest hotel, but if you're looking for clean, modern, great value, with a friendly staff, this is a great spot!
