The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. (most important!) The grab-and-go breakfast was decent. They could have offered some sliced bread as an option instead of bagels every day. They did have a balanced variety of things to eat though. The one thing that I did not enjoy, was that I could hear snoring coming from the room next door. The location was great. I recommend them with ease.

Enjoyed my stay in the wonderfully designed room with a nice soft bed. Hotel is walkable distance to Ft Worth downtown. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my 3 night stay. I was able to continue my cardio/weight workout routine and do a few laps in the indoor swimming pool every night.

Avid - Downtown Fort Worth, Texas is an overall good hotel. The first room that we were given, the bed was horrible. It was entirely too soft for us. So the following morning we asked for another room and that bed was better. We ended up staying 4 nights. The train tracks are fairly close. Once we got used to the extra noise it was okay. If you are need of a room that has a GREAT A/C and is close to downtown Fort Worth you may want to think about this hotel. We recommend it. The WiFi also works well.

Front desk staff was super friendly and polite, considerate that they stock snacks/drinks for guests bc this spot is not adjacent to any retail/convenience stores. Didn't take advantage of free coffee/breakfast but was a nice touch. Body wash in the shower was next to empty, was my primary complaint about the room. Room size was fine for a solo traveler. It's a 15-min walk to Sundance Sq. Would book again.

I had to quickly find lodging for some work in Fort Worth and found this brand new Avid hotel available. The building is brand new, and in near perfect condition. They were still finishing final touches and working out the details of opening a new building (room # plates, door latch adjustments, fire alarm, etc...) but the hotel is extremely clean and flawless in appearance. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, and within easy walking distance from downtown. The staff was all extremely pleasant and helpful, especially Emely at the reception desk during the day, who offered suggestions of nearby dining and sight seeing options. My stay was incredibly pleasant, with a clean, comfortable, and quiet room. I would definitely repeat my stay.

This is extremely clean and beautiful, brand new hotel in Fort Worth Downtown. Close to Sundance Square, Convention Center and Stockyard. In a very very safe neighborhood for downtown market. Very friendly staff, free parking, free breakfast, indoor swimming pool, gym and beautifully designed lobby with lots of social space. Outdoor patio with comfy furniture ... best hotel and experience in Fort Worth Downtown.

Arrival was a little shaky due to the mobility issues of me not being to find some type of smooth ramp to wheel luggage into hotel. It was all steps, not many but you have to pick up luggage then place it on ground to then wheel it in hotel. The hotel is surrounded by residential apartments so you will see a lot of walking dogs and people jogging exercising. The hotel is a very simple straight to the point hotel. Extremely clean! Coffee and tea available at anytime in the lobby. Rooms are simple and standard. Dove bathroom amenities were different for other standard hotels that was a plus. Now the part that made me side eye the property was at night they lock the hotel doors. In my mind only super cheap ran down hotels do that and or ones that are in bad neighborhoods. I was taken back by that. Breakfast is very scarce. They had some breakfast burrito when I was there and they were out of if they even had any with meat inside, the only ones I saw were veggies. But of course coffee, apples...etc was available. Overall decent hotel for the price with zero issues and super clean! Hotel status doesn't really matter due to it only being 2 standard room types. About a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the actual downtown center! Staff was friendly.

My 1 star experience was turned to a 5 star experience all thanks to Micah. As you know traveling can be stressful and finding a hotel can be equally as stressful. I had pre-ordered my hotel through Expedia and called ahead of time to confirm my stay. At which point Emily said I needed to update my card information to charge the $75 fee to which I agreed. Moments after I saw she charged me for the room again. I called and she reassured me that upon my arrival it'd be refunded. When I checked in I saw that not only was I charged for the room again, but I was charged full price, not what was reflected on Expedia. I came down to speak with someone else, Micah. He could tell I was visibly upset, told me he would take care of it and to check back the next day if I pleased. I went back and he provided me receipts of what I'd be refunded. A little skeptical, I decided to believe him. Morning of check out, I spoke with Jocelyn and she let me know that I had received my refund that morning, I checked and it was there. Needless to say, I was happy with Micah's and Jocelyn's customer service. Overall, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were nice, and the location was very convenient.
