I cannot say enough great things about this building. Mark and his staff are incredible, timely, and extremely clean. Everyone who works in the building from maintenance to front desk to the cleaning staff are so friendly. We would’ve loved to stay much longer but due to personal health concerns we relocated. Mark went above and beyond to accommodate us during a time. If you’re considering other buildings - don’t bother. Aviah is one of a kind
Moving to the Aviah Flagler Village has been fantastic. Mark, Brandon and Elizabeth have been nothing short of wonderful. Nothing has been too much trouble. A truly refreshing experience. The people living here are super friendly and welcoming and everything is super clean. We have found a gem of an apartment and couldn’t be happier.
The Aviah Flagler Village is the number one place to live in Fort Lauderdale, seriously! This building is a five star resort paradise for everyone! It is like one big family here, everyone is super friendly! We meet new neighbors every day by the pool, BBQ, jacuzzi and the gym. Since day one, when we walked in to see the two available units, the management made us feel like we are home. Elizabeth & Mark thank you 🙏. All the steps from the application to the moving in were super easy and organized! I highly recommend that you come to check out this building first, if you are looking to live in South Florida and have the right “South Florida” life style! You do not need a car if you live in Aviah because everything you need is walking distance from here and the airport is a 12$ Uber ride away. If you do have a car then it is well protected in a great garage with plenty of parking! Anyone who wants to ask us how it is here please just tell Elizabeth or Mark and we will be happy to share with you all relevant details about how amazing it is to live here. I absolutely love living at Aviah. My apartment is gorgeous, the amenities feel like living in a beautiful hotel and Brandon and Elizabeth are always super responsive and helpful. Special shout out to Carlos for always going above and beyond with maintenance requests as well. Great, walkable neighborhood!
Mark, Elizabeth and the team are simply phenomenal. No request is too small for them, and the response time is always unbelievable. My apartment is everything you could hope for – airy, spacious, with great views and a fabulous floor plan. The pool area is first-class, as well as the gym and the cyber-lounge (undergoing renovations to make it even better ). It feels like staying in a five-star resort, and it’s by far the best place that I have ever leased.

I have been in my new apartment for a few months now and I am very impressed by the Aviah experience. Brandon and Elizabeth in the leasing office have been incredibly accommodating and professional. The maintenance staff has been great. Mark, the owner of the building, is very hands on and is clearly committed to keeping Aviah one of the best buildings in the area. I am very happy to be a resident here.
