Purchased from this company on Amazon. Purchased 4 HP LCD touchscreen monitors received 4 Lenovo non touchscreen monitors. Paid $192.28 in shipping then went to return and Aventis will not issue a pre paid label. Called left messages finally got a hold of a person and he stated "if they do not have the product they will substitute" I was not contacted and given the option to cancel the order or get whatever they did not want. I'm not even sure they ever had the monitors in stock. So they sent me something that they had overstocked to get rid of it and now it is my problem. In the mean time it took over 30 days to get this resolved and they will only issue me a $30.00 per Monitor credit. Mind you the Monitors that I got are 1/2 the price of what was paid. I'm doing the only thing that I can. I want everyone to be aware of the practice that they consider acceptable. I lost over $2,000.00 and have 4 monitors that I can not use. BUYER BEWARE!

We in good faith thought we were buying a new and fully SUPPORT Synology NAS and we were shipped UNSUPPORT non-NAS rated hard drives in a $2000.00 system! We confirmed with both Synology and Seagate that the "Barracuda" hard drives they sent us were NOT on the Synology supported hardware list and therefore we are entitled to NO SYNOLOGY SUPPORT! We also confirmed that Seagate does NOT LIST and or recommend that their Barracuda drives be used in a NAS environment. If they had simply listed what they were shipping us we would NEVER had made this purchase and we informed Amazon of this deceptive advertising! To ship UNSUPPORTED drives which were NEVER designed for NAS use and then to refuse a full refund in both unacceptable and a very poor business decision

I ordered a server and paid for two day shipping. Five days later the item has not shipped according to FedEx but the seller created a label so Amazon will not refund the money.

**DO NOT BUY FROM AVENTIS SYSTEMS** I bought this Dell Lattitude E7270 Laptop for work off of Amazon. The title and description of the product described the Laptop having an i7 core processor. I also paid for expedited shipping. However, I didn’t end up receiving the Laptop until about 2 days after the expected delivery date and I only live one state away from their location. Once I opened the box and reviewed the Laptop specs, I discovered that it had an i5 core processor instead of an i7. I called their customer service line and informed them of what happened. They admitted that they sent me the wrong laptop, but did not have anymore i7 ones in stock. They told me to just return the one I have. No apologies, no fix arounds, and really poor customer service. I returned the laptop promptly, but had to ask Amazon to request my refund. I wouldn’t of given them this review if they accommodated more and actually cared.

Purchased a refurbished Dell PowerEdge server that was a bit older - but if it works well through the years, then not a real issue. Kevin helped with the quote, waited for the customer to make the decision, and got the server shipped out soon after payment was made in full via CC. We got the server via UPS with tracking, and got the OS installed and there does not seem to be any alarms going off, yet. Overall, very good experience - really! I guess Aventis may not be for everyone, since you do need realistic expectations of discounted hardware that's been re-conditioned to good working order to last. Will check back in a while to update, if possible.

I'm an IT volunteer for a school and have used Aventis now on four separate occasions to fill server needs over the years. I like the flexibility of the spec options they provide for each order. Really lets you customize what you are getting. Each time, Aventis has been quick to turn around and ship a server to us. They come packaged quite well and we've not had any issues with shipping. All the servers we have purchased through Aventis are still in service today with no issues. Given the cost of new, this is really the way to go if you're on a budget or simply don't need to pay top dollar prices for new to fulfill your server needs. I recommend Aventis.

Crooks +1 Agree with you Mark DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I rarely do reviews but have to do this one to warn others. They dont deserve even 1 star. My company bought a Server from Aventis thru Amazon at $11k. Memory module is not even compatible. Wasted our IT time to set up, bring up, debug and finally decided systems is not even working. What? why would Aventis Systems even ship something that does not work at $11k to a customer? This is beyond my imagination. IT packed up the whole thing and returned it. Amazon is not helpful as they keep saying to give Aventis 2 business days to respond every time I call Amazon. I called /chatted with Amazon probably 5 times. Every time, I need to tell the operator the issue, history and then I have to wait for 2 business days for Aventis to respond. Aventis did respond BUT the response will be " I am sending this case to a supervisor" basically not solving the issue but drag out the wait time, unfortunately once Aventis responded even with no resolution, Amazon will consider them responded to a customer....beats me. The Server was back to Aventis on 5/5/2023. Aventis said oh I need 10 business days to look at the system. 14 days past...21 days past. Called Amazon, said to put Aventis to A-Z claim. My $11k is still with Aventis. DO NOT buy from them, they will drag you out! I need our money back! This is a scam.

Crooks! Let me start by saying that in my 20 years in the IT industry, I have never given a poor review until now. I ordered two Dell T340’s from Aventis. I had to pay up front and waited over a month. After approximately a month, I was delivered two T430’s. This is an older Dell that cannot run newer versions of VMware. They were aware of what I was to use this for. Besides making me wait a month then sending me the wrong servers, neither was in working order. One server had broken SATA connectors and the 2nd one would not boot. It looked to be motherboard issue, but I cannot be sure. They did not respond to my emails regarding the wrong servers. However, they did, at first, respond to my claims that they were damaged and supplied me with an RMA. I told the girl in the office that these were the wrong servers and that I would like to take the T340’s. Of course, they did not have T340’s. At that point I asked for my money back. She told me someone would contact me within two business days. From there, all contact with me ended. They would not respond to emails or phone calls. I had to dispute the charges with the credit card company which took an additional 60 days. Stay clear from these people.
