If you’re going here for pancakes or waffles -this is not it !!!!! Pancakes tasteless (has a very weird taste) waffles super crispy/not a fan also very tasteless. I couldn’t finish both due to the horrible taste . I also order the omelette which was made pretty well. The price was decent my meal was about 42$-for two people. I recommend the French toast

My friend came to visit and I took them to avenita. I've been a few times before but years ago. It is convenient because they have a small parking lot. The food was great. We had old fashioned French toast and eggs and turkey bacon. It was kind of crowded as it is a small area. The waitress was great and attentive. Glad I decided to come back.

Good place for breakfast and lunch. Especially if you don’t know many places around the area I recommend. Affordable and the wait for food is very short. Mexican omelette is amazing!

A great spot for diner food! The service was great and the food came out in a timely manner. The prices are also very reasonable. We had the strawberry milkshake which was refreshing and delicious. Not too sweet! The monte cristo (with bacon) was fantastic. Flavorful, cheesy, and the French toast was fluffy. The Philly cheese steak was good but, for me, the meat was slightly dry but the sandwich altogether is tasty. The bread also stood out - crispy and flavorful. The fries were hot and soft and had a light crisp. Overall, a satisfying meal! Would definitely recommend!

Delicious food, reasonably priced, incredibly fast service. Our waitress was very friendly I just wish she checked back on us a little more often. Will definitely eat here again

Came here twice. First time ordered Avenita omelette and second time the waffle combo. Food is delicious and prices are good. The waffle is very crisp and light. Never had waffles this way before but it's so good! Their sausage is made well too, crispy on outside and juicy on the inside. Staff is very friendly.
