All the food I’ve tasted (strawberry shortcake, lemon loaf, red velvet) is top tier! They also have an amazing spicy hot chocolate, kombucha & hibiscus lemonade! Please go, you won’t regret it. The owner & employees are so nice!
Wow, just wow! I was blown away by the delicious treats I got at Ava’s Lifeline this week. I went in during the week in the morning as I was craving something sweet, and had a great chat with Ava so was so lovely. She recommended the mini apple cinnamon cake and I also got the strawberry shortcake cupcake, both were absolutely DIVINE! I’ll be back to this neighborhood gem very soon.
Whenever I'm having a crazy day, I stop by to get a treat for myself. I usually get the banana bread, apple cake, orange cranberry scone, the red velvet cupcake, strawberry shortcake cupcake (to die for), or carrot cupcake. The vegan treats, and I'm not vegan, taste better then regular bakery cakes because it's fresh and made with high quality ingredients. The love and energy in the food is what I need to lift me up. I even start buying them for my friends that need a lift (love). The shop is quiet and warm to rejuvenate me and I always get a nice and kind message, from Ava, before going home.
Wow this place is amazing! I tried the scone and the mini carrot cake, and they are without a doubt the best vegan treats I’ve ever tried. Everything is also very reasonably priced and miss Ava is so lovely and sweet. What a great place! I’ll definitely be coming back
I stumbled upon Ava and her delicious baked goods, after the most disappointing pastry of my life. The lemon loaf (drizzle) is one of the best I've had, and the apple cake is delicious. My mom who is no kind of vegan loves the brownie. Everything is fresh, tasty, and satisfying.
Literally my favorite bakery ever! EVERYTHING is delicious, my personal favorites are the red velvet & lemon cup cakes. I literally come here like once a week. Everything is always fresh and moist!

Everything was amazing!! My friends and I went and basically tried one of everything and they had something for everyone (my friends aren’t vegan btw, and they LOVED it). The atmosphere was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone!
