Great food and service. I got the chicken bacon ranch pizza, couldn't finish it but was delicious. It didn't have pizza sauce which was a little weird.

Plenty of free parking, well lit, and handicap accessible. Went to the take out counter around back, I didn't order ahead so I expected quite a wait for my gondola and cheese ravioli. The pleasant/nice well trained lady at the counter took my order, I took a seat and a very short time later my order was up. I took it home and surprised my sick wife with it and she was delighted with her ravioli with marinara, salad and bread. It's been a long time since I've been to Avanti's, I had forgotten how much I enjoyed their gondolas and how it made me remember my youth and first date I had when it was on the south side of main st.

Our whole family went here on the 4th of July for supper. We had a nice waitress, and there were fifteen of us. We had plenty of fresh bread. The drink refills were a little slow. It was a holiday, so that was okay. Avanti's was kinda busy.

Visited the restaurant on a Saturday and were seated immediately. Waited for our server to greet us and take our order for about 20 minutes, but no one came to our table. A party of two was seated to the table next to us, and the server immediately waited on them. I asked her if we could get our order taken, and she said she wasn't taking care of our table. She didn't even try to let our server know we were there or assist in any way. We got up and went to another restaurant to eat at.

This locally owned chain of restaurants is fantastic. They've been around forever. The bread is famous around here. They offer all your favorite Italian dishes along with a little bit of something for everyone. The pizza is really good too! If you're in a hurry it also keeps great as carryout. The pizza burger stars their amazing meatballs and mozzarella. So many things that are worth a try. I highly recommend it. It's also cost effective. Tons of food for a fair price.

Great deal for a good amount of food. Gondola and chicken parm sandwich was tasty!

My daughter and I went in yesterday evening for dinner. The food was good but the service was not. We were seated immediately then waited about 10 min for our server dispite being the only people in the dinning room. We placed our order and after only about 5 min of recieving our food our server was asking us if we needed togo boxes. We were obviously still eating. I said no we arent done yet. About 10 min later she brought us togo boxes anyway. Then 5 min later the check. I informed her that we were planning on getting dessert. She sounded annoyed and at that point i was irritated and had lost my appetite. I ordered my daughter a piece of chocolate cake togo and we boxed up the rest of our food (over half). She brought out the cake and it was in a small togo box tipped sideways in a bag so the icing was everywhere. My daughter asked for a bag for all our boxes and we could tell she was irritated and she told her she would have to wait a minute as she was also dropping food off to another table that was seated next to us. While sitting that food on their table she dropped a plate of food on the table (it didnt spill) and only said she was glad it didnt shatter no apology or anything. She came back with our bag and told us to take our check to the front to pay. Our whole 30ish min dinner there (because thats all the time our server gave us) was aweful. We felt rushed from the moment she took our order. We will not be going back

Food was pretty good. The appetizer was not as good as expected. The bruschetta came to the table very soggy. However the lasagna was fantastic. A waitress was okay. Was a busy night, lots of people waiting in the lobby, but not enough wait staff so it took a while. Not bad, I would come back but it would not be my first choice.
