My husband and I lived here for around 3 years and absolutely loved it. The views are incredible. Even more so was the staff, they are kind and welcoming, maintenance was always quick to resolve any issues…I couldn’t have asked for anything more out of a place. Special shout out to the concierge team, Kool, Gerald, Joe and Derrell, thank you for making a wonderful place to come home to.

I moved into this building in March and I LOVE living here! Wonderful views of the water and sunset from my apartment. Walking to work takes me past art galleries that are constantly putting up new exhibits. Easy access to the high-line. Dog park & basketball court only 4 quick blocks away. My AC cut out and PABLO from the maintenance staff replaced the whole unit within hours! I have nothing but positive things to say about this building and the Avalon team!

I've been living here for almost 9 years since the building was open. Building and the staff are super nice and professional. Big shout out for the Concierge staff for always being so helpful. Unfortunately I have to edit my review from 5 star to 1 star. Building staff is still great, but management really sucks. My electric scooters were stolen from inside the building bike storage. I had reported thefts before yet nothing was done. Now that I lost the scooters I had to file a police report, but management refused to give them the camera access. When I asked them to review the camera I got a response and I quote "This is an office, we have other things to do". I ask them everyday for any update, but all I get are the excuses and stares like how dare you bother us. All in all the building is good ,but please beware of thiefs.

Craig is the absolute best! He's not only incredibly welcoming, but also has made my move-in experience a seamless one. Piper from the leasing office is extremely helpful, patient, and responsive. It's been a pleasure working with her!

My husband and I have lived here a little over 3 years now. We have lived all over NYC and Avalon West Chelsea is hands down our favorite place to call home. Everyone is so nice and helpful, the apartments are big and airy and comfortable, the amenities are great and we love everyone on then concierge team. Craig in particular makes my dog feel like a superstar whenever they see each other. My dog is obsessed with him and so are we! It’s a great way to start the day. We would live here forever if it’s in the cards! We feel taken care of here.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for over a year and we have nothing but great things to say about it! The staff is incredibly friendly, they always remember your name, and even go the extra mile to help out with packages, advice..etc - you name it. I want to specifically call out Craig, Joseph, and Darrell who have been doormen here ever since we moved in and always greet us genuinely, get to know us on a personal level, and take the time to assist us. They really made Avalon feel like home and were a huge reason we re-signed another lease - thank you for all that you do :D Beyond the staff, the maintenance requests are handled very promptly. The location is pretty solid, amenities are great, and the view is unbeatable. If i had to call out one thing to improve, it would be the elevator needing maintenance pretty often - but this is truly a minor thing.

The Avalon West Chelsea Concierge Team is simply the best. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. They not only treat me like a VIP, but my guests as well. I would like to give a huge public thank you to the entire team! You rock!

I love living here ! The concierge team makes my life SO much better. Craig, Darrell, Gerald, Joe - just to name a few of my faves ! They go above and beyond and I am so appreciative.
