Avalon is the best neighborhood ever! They care about their residents. Tyler and Twana are truly such amazing people. They make sure all of your needs is met and if you have a problem they are quick to get it resolved. The maintenance is so on point and this neighborhood is constantly doing events where residents are able to get together. Truly feels like one big family.

I've lived here for the past 2 years and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new place to check it out! Not only is the apartment spacious and beautiful, the community is always kept clean. Twana in the leasing office is amazing to say the least, she is always on top of everything and she is always there if you have any questions. She has truly made this place feel like home from the moment we walked into the office.

I love this community. As a stay at home Mom I was looking for a place where my baby will be safe. Avalon Toscana is exactly what we were searching for! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, there is a nice playground and a kids’ room. The pool is well suited for young swimmers. But the biggest difference from other communities is the leasing team-Tyler and Twana both truly care for each resident making us feel like a family. They organize community events and take every suggestion into consideration. Teresa, who is the property manager is wonderful, she cares for every resident with love and respect and constantly improves the community. I highly recommend Avalon Toscana if you are looking for a place to call home with a true family feel.

I would like to express my deep frustration and discontent with my experience of living in this place. During the year I resided on the second floor, I faced a series of issues that have made this residence entirely unsuitable to inhabit. From the outset, the lack of sound insulation is evident. It is unbelievable that even the footsteps of the residents on the third floor can be heard, and it is even more disappointing that the management seems uninterested in addressing this issue. The maintenance manager consistently displays an unresponsive attitude and seems to believe he is always right. Instead of addressing faults constructively, he merely resorts to criticism, which is entirely unacceptable. It is clear that the management's sole interest lies in financial gain. The dismissive treatment of an issue with the internet connection is just one example of this prioritization of profit over the well-being of residents. Parking lot security is another serious concern. Despite numerous complaints about the excessive speed of vehicles, it seems these concerns are not taken into account. The situation reaches an alarming point when my correspondence was stolen, and a new credit card, requested by me, was used without my authorization. My attempt to seek help from the administration proved fruitless, as I was instructed to file a report due to the lack of security cameras. It is evident that the tenant selection process lacks proper scrutiny. The presence of troublesome individuals in the community does not seem to be a matter of importance, as long as they meet their financial obligations. The quality of the appliances is entirely unacceptable. Both the washer and dryer do not perform their function effectively, and in case of any complaint, the response is that they are not industrial-grade and that only a minimal amount of laundry should be loaded, which is extremely inconvenient and impractical. Upon the conclusion of my lease, I handed over the apartment in an impeccably clean state. However, I find it entirely unfair that $100 was deducted from the deposit citing cleaning charges. The photographs provided as evidence, focusing on the oven, are entirely inappropriate, as it was never used, and I feel this constitutes blatant theft. The only positive note in this experience has been the service at the gym and the assistance provided by Tyler, who has been the only effective point of contact I have had. I am pleased to report that the money corresponding to the charge for the apartment cleaning service has been refunded. This action has significantly contributed to alleviating my feeling of having been allegedly harmed.

I love it here ! Tyler is amazing ! so friendly and hospitable! I love the free coffee too! They always have it stocked with all the fixings! The pool area is beautiful! And I love the resort feel of the club house! Exercise room is great ! It’s never crowded and I especially love the exercise video app they use in the spin room. After workout I love the upstairs deck to relax!!! I never want to leave the clubhouse/pool area !!! Also love the kids room they have and the office centers are beautiful and a perfect way to get some work done. Highly recommend this complex !!! Clean and quiet.

From management to the neighbors I have nothing but great things to say. We just resigned for another 2 years. Twanna and Tyler are the best, the are caring and definitely on top of everyone’s needs. Neighborhood is always quiet, safe and clean. The amenities are perfect. Maintenance is always timely and efficient. Truly a great place to live.
