Avalon Motel - Motel in Saugus - 1529 Broadway, USA

Sink didn't work, fridge didn't work, heat was on all night, talked to staff about it and didn't do anything about it, room was 80 degrees all night, and prior to that, I had a reservation for 2 bedrooms for 220 dollars, when I got there they said they canceled the reservation, I don't know why, so they said they can give them to me for 160 " with a bad attitude, you want the rooms or not!" At that point I had no choice but to take them, overall, horrible experience there, will definitely never go back there.

At least the electricity worked. One star crack house. Thought the office was a shifty pawn shop, dude was rude.

If I could give no stars I would. This place was VILE! There was dried blood on both beds bedding hadn’t been changed, floor hadn’t been slept or vacuumed considered there was a ring between the beds just laying in the floor, the mirror in the bathroom was cracked all over. Room all in all was in DESPERATE need for an update. When we go in to bring up the concerns and cancel the rest of the week long stay they argue about a refund because it had already been booked for an hour. The area was also extremely sketchy. Not worth the $100 a night for a room with blood on the beds and potentially bed bugs.

Sick place to go! Don't want to scare you but you will be once you stay here! These sickos will peep on you thru broken blinds while your naked in your room trying to get sleep!! Windows kept opening things were misplaced and caught the owners sneaking in someone's room digging into their stuff! And they will call police if you catch them!!! Beware!

Old damaged furniture. Toilet did not work well and the sink filled with water each time it was used. The bed was made when we e wetted the room however the rest of the room looked like it wasn’t clean thoroughly. There was empty food wrappers under the bed and visible dirt on the carpet. T)3 second night of the stay the guest in the room next to ours was yelling and screaming at the owners of the motel . I couldn’t believe they let her behave that way and did not ask her to leave the motel. I would need go there again or recommend to anyone. This place should be investigated by the town of Saugus and the state of Massachusetts. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Stay away seriously worst cheapo I’ve ever stayed at the maid is a evil loud pathetic human. She also runs the place lo-ki. Honestly they will kick you out or try to steal from u. Before I even got out my car to enter my room I was told I was getting kicked out for smoking. I don’t smoke. WORST EVEEEERRRRRRRRRRR! I don’t hate ppl but yeah.

N'attendez rien de ce motel ! (︶︹︺) Week-end d'Halloween prévu depuis le mois de mai, réservation par internet d'une chambre avec 2 lits (2 adultes/2 enfants) 5 mois avant mon arrivée. Je jour de mon arrivée, je constate que l'employé à l'accueil semble embarrassé....la seule chambre qu'il me propose ne comporte qu'un seul lit...Pas de soucis pour 4 me dit-il....incroyable ! Heureusement pour moi et ma famille, nous réussissons à trouver un hôtel convenable avec deux lits à quelques miles de ce motel....merci pour le stress ! En 6 voyages différents aux USA, c'est la première fois que cela m'arrive. Attention futurs voyageurs, n'attendez rien de ce motel ! Très mauvaise gestion des chambres....fuyez !

RUN AWAY!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The place is under construction. The guy showed me a "non- smoking" room that smelled like pure smoke. He left the door open and a guy came in (in his boxers!). He wanted me to pay cash and $15 more than I had booked online. When I told him no and I would like my copy of my ID back, he got upset. No thanks!
