Living here with great pleasure for almost 2 years now: spacious, clean Apt, cozy lobby and fantastic and sunny roof deck! Extremely pleasant, helpful personnel (from doorman, maintenance, cleaning to community consultant ❤️): a 5⭐️ for all!
I've been here since October 2020 and as they say at The Ritz-Carlton, the staff is "top-notch." Maintenance can be an issue in Manhattan apartments. It never is here! You need something fixed, it's done and DONE right on the same day you request it! It might be the best service of any maintenance team in NYC. Thank you Cameron, Angel, and Roberto!!
Ive lived in Ava now for 3 years and it’s been an amazing experience. Gustavo, Chris, Gerald, Darrel, Matthew, and the rest of staff have been super friendly and helpful at all times. They help create such a warm atmosphere, and I’m very happy to be part of this community. Can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who is interested!

I have moved into the Ava High line building from the Flat Iron district and happy with the decision. The building and the units are new and have new appliances with in-unit washer/dryers which is a huge plus! The gym has professional machines, weights, and equipment and isn't the usually apartment one. I'm an avid runner and being next to the Hudson River makes it very convenient for me. The 7 line is about a 10 min walk with 1 stop to Times Square for access to most MTA lines. All the concierges are friendly and doesn't feel like the typical guarded NYC vibe. I enjoy interacting with Joe when he's working as he has a positive vibe and has great recommendations on what do in the city especially the latest Broadway shows to check out. Overall a good community to live at.
Living at Ava High Line has been an amazing experience.The management/leasing team are friendly, communicative, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and always working hard. The building is kept clean and well cared for. The maintenance staff is great about responding quickly and arranging a time that works best with your schedule. The concierge staff are amazing. Gustavo, Josh, and Chris all go above and beyond to greet residents by name and help create such a warm and inviting environment. They’re just awesome. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking. You won’t regret it, you will love it here.
I have lived at the AVA High Line for six years and there is a reason my husband & I have never left! From the leasing staff (Jasmine and Susi!!), the front desk staff and maintenance crew, everyone is so kind, hard working and really makes sure this place feels like a community and home. We are well taken care of here and we feel So lucky to have this community in NYC! Shout out to front desk staff Chris G-he is such a wonderful presence at the AVA and he makes us feel safe and welcome when we come and go!!
The hospitality at AVA High Line is truly unmatched! Gustavo Vargas is an exceptional lead concierge. He provides outstanding service with kindness and friendliness, making me feel at home. He also does an excellent job facilitating the team to ensure everything is always perfect. I've made an effort to get to know all the team members, and I can say firsthand that each is incredibly kind-hearted and always happy to help.
I cannot say enough good things about the hardworking and dedicated team at AVA Highline. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and comfortable. It's clear that they genuinely care about providing an exceptional resident experience, and I'm very grateful to have them here.
