The staff here are always kind, approachable, and dedicated to ensuring a pleasant experience for their tenants. I've been here for over a year and have no regrets. I want to especially thank the remarkable maintenance team here. My AC unit was malfunctioning on the weekend and Orlando G. quickly and efficiently assessed the issue and fixed it all while upholding a constant respectful and professional demeanor. The maintenance team is great! Ghulam and Edward were incredibly helpful! My AC unit broke on the hottest week of the year and they came immediately to fix it. They were considerate of my space and worked very efficiently to solve the issue; now my AC unit is working great! Very grateful for such a responsive team.
I’m writing this review to express my gratitude to Orlando.G for his exceptional service in fixing the air conditioning unit in my apartment. Orlando responded promptly to my maintenance request and showed remarkable professionalism throughout the repair process. He not only fixed the issue efficiently but also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to maintain the AC for optimal performance. Orlando’s dedication and expertise made a significant difference; it's employees like him that make living in this apartment community such a pleasant experience.
Overall great place to live with very helpful and caring staff! Special shout-out to the maintenance team (especially Aaron P, Orlando G, and Anthony L) who have gone above and beyond to address any maintenance issues in our apartment. Service is always fast, friendly, and thorough - can't thank them enough.
Great experience with Ghulam and Aaron fixing my air conditioning. They were professional, quick, and thorough. The AC is now working perfectly thanks to their expertise. Highly recommend their excellent service!
Lashell at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with something this weekend, and it made me feel sad about moving out of this building someday. Our experience has been incredible: incredibly professional and dedicated maintenance staff, beautiful views, great space for our dogs. We could not be happier here!
Have been living at the AVA for close to 3 years and it has been a great and delightful experience. The entire staff are always so friendly and attentive.
