Been going to this park for ever, used to be fun, friendly and safe…. But new manager turned this place into a personal kingdom , with the right to evict and bully everyone. No wonder why so many people left and are now in other , more friendly, parks. Definitely won’t recommend this to anyone. As well they do not hesitate to bully guests visiting their love ones in the park. Really sad how it became!

This is a very clean place, very well maintained. Everyone I talked to has been very sweet and nice.

I stayed here for 9 months in my RV while working. My business is quality and I have been doing that for 15 years. I also stay at a lot of parks all over while working. This park is one of the best kept and quietest I have ever been at. The managers are nice folks and everyone here has been easy to get along with. Clean, well run place and I will definitely recommend and stay again.

Basically a nice, typical, better than average mobile home park. Reason for 5 stars: all of the mobile homes are well-kept and very clean Located on one of the busiest highways ( Boca Chica).it has a long brick wall in front. The mangers (Gringos) are extremely congenital are seems like a good park to live-in.

I am a current resident in this park. Ever since I arrived back in May 2022, it's been incident behind incident and am now realizing that nothing is going to change. If anything, things have only gotten worse. The managers, Karen and Chet, I have now noticed are significantly racially prejudicial when it comes to rules of the park. It seems rules only apply on a case-by-case basis, as in, Anglo Americans should be excluded while me a Hispanic should be penalized to the full extent for even the smallest infraction. Take for example, the cement company I hired to pour my driveway cement had an incident where one of their trucks transmission oil lines started leaking and we had a few stains in street. While the company was trying to fix the situation, the managers were hounding me every single day, threatening me with courts and suits and what not. This went on for weeks, they wanted me to repave the whole road and I didn't have the money. And even when I pointed out why the rest of the park roads were all stained and none were repaved, Karen simply told me to not worry about any other road on park, to worry about my road. That made no sense to me at the time but as I wanted to live in peace, I decided to pay what they were asking for to repave road. Well, the road was never paved. They just took the money and gave me the slap to the face. Furthermore, don't even think about building a nice, solid carport because the cement now belongs to them. And they will not allow you to cut into it to reinforce the carport. I also got a claim for a wheelchair ramp denied because park managers did not allow them to cut into the cement to make it sturdy. They will only allow flimsy structures that can be held up with anchors. Of course, my insurance automatically denied that. They deemed it unsafe. Fast forward to today. Ever since I have been here, management has been enforcing to stay off grass. The one time I did it, they immediately came banging on my door to get the car off the grass. Other times when it has been a contract worker or similar, they have threatened with towing vehicles. So, this week I have a new neighbor in an RV. Coincidently Caucasian. They have been on the grass all week. Nobody says anything. That is actually what has finally prompted me to say something, to stand up for myself. I have no doubt that I will get retaliation from them for this review, but I no longer care. My only concern is keeping my elderly mother safe and saving enough money to get out of here!

Karen and Chet have been so helpful to Colleen and I. We only rent but are treated with the upmost respect and helpful courtesy. Pool area as is the entire park is very well maintained, hoping to go next winter as well, fingers crossed.

I would and do highly recommend this beautiful, friendly park to anyone who is interested in meeting people who care about each other and watch each others backs. This park is being run by fairly new managers (to us) and despite the fact that they are newer to the community they are doing a wonderful job of fitting in. They are fun, hard working people. Yes, there were some issues recently with the pool, but if we can control when things break down, then tell me how. And as for the pool being closed without signage, there were signs on both enterances to the area stating that the POOL WAS CLOSED. The managers were not alone in trying to fix the pool issues they were being guided by pool professionals and did get it done in a timely manner. As for people being inconvenienced by the community hall being closed for the three day period during which photo's were being taken for a directory, well I guess it could have been kept open if the photographers wouldn't of minded packing up at the end of each of the two days for 45 minutes then setting up again for the 3 mornings for another 45 minutes. For the people who were displaced for two evenings, I'm sure the majority were very understanding of the value of the equipment which was in the hall during that time and therefore the necessity to have the hall locked for those two evenings. Its unfortunate that two people can make such a rush to judgement and pick here to post a negative review. But believe me, the majority of people who have been living and coming to the community for years are finding the park to be very well run, clean and a great family. Not just my opinion. Great job by our managers. Great park for fun, sun and family. Love it. I stay from mid October until early April and wouldn't have it any other way or with any other people.
