PLEASE READ FULL POST Update: Oct 15, 2023 truck still running great with another ECM Update: Nov 30, 2023 Truck still running great with no issues Update: May 10, 2024 Truck still running great with no issues with an old ECM Update: Aug 30, 2024 Truck is still running good with old ecm, By now we know its not the truck like they said but this shady "computer repair" place at fault. I have to leave a 1 star review, We had a ddec 4 that had engine fan always on, sent it in to get repaired, after shipping it back and forth 4 times and then telling us its been fixed but everytime it was still broken. Eventually we purchased a new ECM from them and they didn't take ours for a core, 2 months later the ECM we purchased from them completely went out and the truck was stuck in a dock at a shipper. They will not work with us and will not cover the ECM or refund and are blaming the truck for ECM failure. Will not do business with folks like that and will never again recommend them. Please find a reputable place to get work like this done. Lesson learned got scammed. Edit: We are currently running another ECM on that same truck with no issues!!!!

very bad business , over the phone priced repair ECU for $180.00 when I contacted John over the phone , after I drove an houre with my car computer to see Jhon was no such jhon , i meet another disrespectful man price me $225 not $180. also decide to charge for diagnostic not to do repair . was no solution with those people . I have to leave the place immediatly and will never be with that business all life

I went last year to get my Durango's PCM fixed and they understood it was a time delicate fixed and went above and beyond in their service and got my PCM fixed in just 2 days. Highly recommended!

Ali From Central Hauling And excavating . We had An ECM went out on a Volvo L110 loader. I got in contact With Auto Computer Solutions and sent the old one to them unfortunately it could not be repaired so they reprogrammed a new one and the machine started right up. So far we have not had issues. I would certainly recommend Auto Computer Solution.

Company sold me a Paccar ECM with “custom tuning”. ECM came in, and when installed the truck had a check engine light for EGR related issues. Tried to rectify the problem over the phone and internet but could not get it done. Now, a few months into it I’ve asked to have them reflash the ecm correctly by me removing it and shipping it to them. They no longer have the capability of programming paccars and will not refund the extra cost for their custom tuning that was never correct in the first place. It cost me $4000 extra at my local mechanic to have the ecm reflashed with correct custom tunes. Bad business on their part to not honor their own problem and refund that part of my invoice.

Last time I dropped off my truck Ecm, they were honest with the diagnosis. And quick turn around.

Been using acs for a while now very profecional n nice people ,they know what they are doing g will keep using them highly recommend them for all ur computer issues
