Pull in to drive way. Skip the guard no one is in there. They have a phone number on the wonder, call number and they will open gate and give you dock assignment. They started loading me as soon as I hit the dock. My load has to be loaded in vented trailer not sure if all have to. They used two straps and got it secured. Plenty of room for backing even if other trucks were here. Not a bad pickup.

First time here to pick up a load. On a positive note… I got told right away it’s gonna be a little while since they are loading by hand. Not happy about taking longer BUT SUPER HAPPY that I’m told right away. That way I can organize my self. Thank you for that! Keep up the professionalism! On a negative note…such a big place with a small almost hidden entrance HAS TO HAVE a sign with a company name shipping and receiving ( clearly written and visible from a distance ) and truck entrance signs… if a driver misses it, takes forever to safely go back and look for the entrance again.
