Bought a rebuilt dash cluster for my 2008 Ford crown vic. Cost 250$ with a 100$ core charge. First had to fight with them to get my $ for the old one sent back. But the new dash cluster add 60 thousand miles to my car asked them to send me the proper paper work to fix this . It's been 2 years now I've called countless times and emailed no response. You cost me almost 2000$ with those extra miles added to the odometer. Don't use this company there are better ones that follow through and help their customers.

I want to give a shout out to the folks at Auto Tech Rescue. I had an issue with the failure of the digital readout in my dash Instrument cluster panel and I needed to fix the problem promptly. Auto Tech Rescue was able to fix the problem for $145 plus their $50 “Front of the line” option if you need the item back the same day or in some cases, while you wait. In all, the repair cost me $195 vs having to pay $400 by Dorman at any parts store with an added $300 core charge. After the repair, I reinstalled the panel in my vehicle and it is working perfectly. Very positive experience. 2000 Silverado 1500 - Very hard these days to find mechanics that work on old trucks - those that do charge an arm and leg. 1st, Auto Tech repaired my rearview mirror so compass & temp readings show up again. 2nd, had an intermittent problem with false positive ABS & brake lights over past 5 years. They rebuilt my ECBM ABS circuit board. Very competent techs. Reasonable prices. Exceptional customer service with Lindsay. Highly recommended!

I sent my cluster I. To get the tach fixed which they fixed that with no issues but they broke my reset button in the process. The lady in the office was very nice about it when we finally settled on them sending me a button for me to install myself (never did offer any compensation for the issue) which is fine but it was weeks of having to call them every couple days to finally get the button shipped out. At one point in the process I called and they didn’t answer a few times throughout the day so I called right back on another phone and the picked right up which was also fairly suspicious. My dash has been working fine but the weeks of back and forth about getting it fixed was what really irritated me. I will not be sending them any other products.

Got my speedometer working again and replace lights. When shipped back there was a different issue arose. Not their fault but they helped me fix the issue. Would highly recommend.

Perfect experience here with this business. Repaired a F53 Ford RV chassis instrument cluster. Cluster appeared to work fine but was draining my battery. Appears the cluster assembly does more than display gauges mine was drawing .5 amps with key off 🥴. All better now, gauge lens was polished and I had LED bulbs installed. This is my first experience with this company and Lindsey. Would use for sure in the future if ever necessary. 👍

Would not recommend, rarely return emails or calls. Sent a cluster in for repair, came back with another issue. They advised it was not the cluster, I spent $850 on other parts. Found out it was the cluster. Advised them, I still had to go get another cluster and send to them, when it came back 2 warning lights and 1 illumination light was not working. I was advised they would reimburse me for the second cluster, they never did. They wont stand behind their lifetime warranty. Update: Since this review, Auto Tech Rescue has stepped up and made things right. I do appreciate the effort of Lindsay for making sure things were right.
