Food is good but be careful if you want to reserve the banquet room for a party. The pamphlet they provided me said the pizza packages with salad are $11 per 4 adults. Well when they brought the bill out, they had actually charged $11 per person. Scam.

We waited 30 minutes IN THE RESTAURANT and got cold food. How does this make any sense? We asked for boneless chicken and got them with bone in it??? I also noticed that a bunch of people were waiting in there too and I’m sure they got cold pizza. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This is disgusting and I’m never going to this place again 🤮🤮🤮🤮!!! The only good thing about this place was the suckers.

Pizza was good as always ! Service is the best ! I usually go for the buffet because it's quick and good ! The girls that wait the tables always have drinks on the table and check comes quick after eating so you can get back to work .

This is the best pizza buffet I've ever had in my life. Pizza ranch, shakeys, and Sharkeys don't even come close

I ordered through the Slice app and spent almost $70 last night and never got my order. When I called the Slice app they told me they couldn’t refund my money because Aurelio‘s was closed and nobody answered. What I want to know is why is a Restaurant doing business with an app when nobody’s going to be on standby for orders that were out for delivery? Waited over two hours for somebody to deliver our food, and it never came. Finally I had to go to bed because of work in the morning and put a note for whoever may come by later on that night after we went to bed with the food, saying to take it back because it was around 9 o’clock, and I had placed the order at 6:20.

OH MY GOSH!!! This may just be the best thing I've EVER eaten. The other locations should either close down or come and take a class here. The crust was so light and flaky the sauce (wow)had me wanting to slap my granny for not being Italian.. Baby they do it right here

According to their menu, they have thin crust and stuffed pizza. I ordered a stuffed pizza a couple weeks ago and it was great. Ordered one today and it was horrible. No red sauce on top. All it was is crust and cheese with a super thin layer of sauce under the cheese. I called and explained the problem and the first lady I spoke with was super nice and said that there should be a thick layer of sauce on top. She said they'd make a new pizza and send it over. Almost an hour later, I got a call from a different woman saying she's the manager and asked me what the problem was. She sounded angry from the start. I explained everything and she told me I ordered deep dish, not stuffed. I said you don't even have deep dish on the menu. She yelled for someone to bring her a menu and then agreed they don't have deep dish on the menu but said it's what I ordered so that's what they gave me. She argued with me for 5 minutes. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. She said she'd give me a $20 credit but I wanted a credit on the visa I used and she claims they don't have the ability to credit back money. She told me at least 3 times that she's been manager for 8 years....yet she didn't know that if deep dish was or wasn't on the menu and doesn't know how to credit back a card. I called back and a different worker told me the manager's name is Christina. Someone needs to train Christina about the menu and teach her some customer service skills. We'll never order from here again thanks to her.
