My husband and stay at the Aura lastnight it was absolutely amazing. Breathtaking relaxing and the settings were so romantic. Our room was The Bliss, we most enjoyed the spa tub. This the perfect end to our one year wedding anniversary. My google email is my maiden name my name is now Charmin Cross. Thank you for the great experience.
Such an amazing place to stay! My girlfriend and I have been here twice now and have had no trouble with anything. Customer service is great, ordered a bottle of wine and it was delivered within a few minutes. Super clean, friendly staff, easy check in, romantic experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good night to enjoy yourselves!
My experience at this location was A1!!! The lobby had this most amazing , beautiful smell!! We had the Tryst room and I absolutely loved everything, very romantic... oh, and the rooms already have a blue tooth speaker. what a way to bring in my birthday early. I'm definitely returning back to this location
Awesome rooms, it is a membership you would have to sign up for it takes some hours before you get approved, but they're usually quick and worth the wait. Prices are great, you can book the same night just make a call. They have 3 locations, which you will have access to.
i love the aura the customer service is great no wait very polite always clean smelling good elegant gives me the vibes of comfort and relaxations and omg ghe jacuzzi tubs are definitely worth it and Hannah one of their customer service representatives is far thee best
Visited with my boyfriend they denied him access with no explanation then proceeded to say there was an identity mistake 2 weeks later and granted him a membership, we came back a couple months later they were then saying my membership was provoked, AGAIN with NO explanation. Terrible terrible customer service we drove hours and all they had to say was “sorry”

FROM BEGINNING TO END THIS EXPERIENCE WAS SO AMAZING I LOVED IT ALL, THE FRONT DESK LOBBY SMELLED SO LOVELY I JUST KNEW MY ROOM WAS GOING TO BE OFF THE CHAIN AND IT WAS I GOT THE LUXE ROOM WITH A UPSTAIRS AND I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A PENTHOUSE...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE SO WELCOMING AND UPLIFTING IM DEFINITELY COMING BACK AND REFERRING ALL OF MY PEOPLE HERE OMG I LOVE IT I LOVE IT THANK YOU AURA MY OVERNIGHT STAY WAS FANTASTIC GREAT JOB CLEANING THE ROOM AS WELL
You have to wait on your guest i really don’t like that so you can’t even be romantic or surprising it was my husband birthday and i wanted to arrived take a shower and get sexy before my husband arrived and surprise him i had to wait all the way until he got there 2hours later which is crazy now his surprise is ruined because he didn’t know that i rented this nice room . so the experience was no fun because i had to take a shower while he was there put out the lil fun stuff i had while he was there and it was his birthday and he had to come and check in with me SURPRISED RUINED and that sucks next time i will be going some we’re else because you have to wait on your guest and some people like to be private or surprising making the other guest come in is crazy and what if you was trying to be private and discrete. BIRTHDAY RUINED
