Seems my experience has been shared by previous reviewers, but it's been impossible to confirm whether or not my reservation even went through. It still shows pending despite me putting it in on the website weeks ago, and no one is there to answer calls. Additionally, the time I scheduled starts at 6:00pm but they don't even open until 7:00pm?? This place comes highly recommended and this was reserved for a birthday event but now I'm becoming increasingly concerned I need to scramble to find another venue.

We had a lot of fun at this karaoke place! There are a few things that are odd, but once you get in it's very fun! The website doesn't really give you a good confirmation on if you have a reservation, and getting ahold of them is hard. We just showed up and got a room. The computer system to pick a song is tricky to navigate, but there is a very large song selection. The room was so cute! Good acoustics and comfortable.

This business seems to hide all the Newest most honest reviews and experiences. I did end up getting my reservation confirmation after 2 days and only after I left a voicemail. But during that time I decided to read more reviews and it turned me away and I cancelled my reservation. It was for a big party and not only do they not tell you how many people can fit comfortably in the rooms a good amount of reviewers mentioned that the size of the room looks deceiving in pictures and can be cramped. I also didn’t realize how reviewers said the music selection was extremely limited so I know I wouldn’t find my fave songs! All of that among the tardiness of confirmations and for employees just not showing up to open the store for reservations is what sealed the deal for me. I’m writing this bc I’m frustrated and private karaoke seems to be a very limited thing around here so they charge absurd prices for what seems like pretty bad experiences. I’ll take the L on this and just disappoint my group and figure something else out. I don’t want my birthday to be ruined by the inconvenience of what others have mentioned. Updating your Karoake system and your music selection should be a priority! Working equipment and reliable staff is necessary for any business and is often mentioned to be lacking. I love the idea and the esthetic but boy oh boy do I feel like I missed a bullet on this one.

Extremely unprofessional, came here to have a great time with friends, confirmed our appointment numerous times days prior and day of appointment, and come to arrive to absolutely no one in the center and locked doors. 15 minutes early is no excuse to keep doors locked. If someone is late to their shift, they should communicate effectively, like how they were able to bug us enough confirming our presence to the place. Arriving to your shift to then say staff is present 30 minutes after our appointment as if we are at fault is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. P.S. leaving a reply to a review as an attempt to "communicate" to keep your end clear is pretty distasteful. 🙃

Lovely lovely place to do karaoke, however, their system is incredibly dysfunctional. I requested a reservation twice and currently have a reservation still pending after days of waiting. I even drove all the way out there just to be met with an empty, locked building at the time of my first reservation. The phone number they have listed always automatically goes to voicemail, so getting in touch is completely inachievable. Having been there before, I am highly disappointed. I would heavily recommend this place if you're able to book a session, but as of this review, getting a room seems nearly impossible with how janky the system is. The email system doesn't work either. Despite not being able to get a room, previous experiences have proved that the building is beautiful and boasts a large music selection. I just wish I could actually visit again.

I had my daughters 17th Birthday here. It was great. Her and her friends had lots of fun. The music selection was good. You can bring your own food/drinks. The room was cute. We booked for 2 hours, we should of booked for 3 hours. Only complaint is our mic battery died a few times and our charging station in the room didn't work for them, so we had to return to the front desk a few times to get new batteries.

I hosted a surprise Birthday party for my sister last Thursday. Derrick who was at the front desk was helpful and incredibly patient. I needed help with a few things and each time he was courteous and nice. I booked the Tiffany room, my party had ten people and I had a flash table in there as well. Nine people are able to sit comfortably and there's a small chair for the tenth. It was a party of Black Women and the only thing we had to complain about is that they didn't have Erykah Badu in the playlist 😭 Overall we had a great time and I would certainly recommend this place and I would go back.

My family and I rented a Karoke room here. When you go to select a song almost everything is chinese, korean or japanese arists. We really struggled to find any songs that were from English artists. A lot of the information on the karoke machine is mutli language which made searching for things difficult. We couldnt just set the language as English. We couldnt find basic artists like the beatles. I liked the atmosphere and the setup and the karoke equipment is good. The private rooms have nice seating. I would not go back though because there was not a good selection of english artists. The prices were reasonable we paid about 60 dollars for an hour of karoke for 6 people. I hope that this business changes because I think it has a good setup it just needs to change its karoke machines to have the right selections and song artists.
