A great place to walk around and enjoy the sights. Most trails are pretty flat that go around the woods and river. You can go on trails on both sides of the road. Great place to check out any season. Love this place!

What a great place for a short hike and not a lot of people around. Dogs are welcome as long as you’re responsible and pick up after them. There is a little duck blind by a beaver pond however, it doesn’t appear that there’s any recent beaver activity. Trails are well marked and paths maintained well with some bridges and wooden walkways where it tends to be wet.

What an amazing place, we loved exploring the trails. Spent much time on the river trail down on the Huntington River. It was beautiful. Also saw a baby bear cub right off the river trail. Didn't see mama bear around.

I loved the Horseshoe Bend Riverside trails and parking area. Lovely river and convenient parking. I haven't seen much of the rest of the place though. Birds of Vermont Museum and the other buildings or the other hiking trails. There's more to explore 😉 in the future for sure!

Went here for a wildlife tracking workshop and it was great! E went to the beaver pond and around a meadow on the visitor center side and now I can't wait to go back again, in different seasons. The trails were definitely steep in some spots so keep that in mind for folks with difficulty walking. The meadow trail on the visitor center side was more accessible and flat. There were lots of birds and evidence of foxes, weasels and deer

A lovely place for walks. Please do not litter and clean up dog poop.

Great trails. Love the river trail. Most trails not too long, which I liked. Clearly marked.
