I recently attended Atom Martial Arts for their kickboxing class, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable, the atmosphere was energizing, and the workout was intense yet enjoyable. The class structure was well-planned, catering to all skill levels. The trainers provided personalized attention, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and motivated throughout the session. I left feeling invigorated and excited about my progress. The positive and encouraging environment at Atom Martial Arts is truly commendable. I'm definitely coming back for more and highly recommend their kickboxing class to anyone seeking an excellent workout coupled with expert guidance!

My first experience with Atom Martial Arts and have not been disappointed! My kids take jiu jitsu with Coach Marco 2 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, and participants who take class create a perfect environment. My kids love coming here. They provide a clean, friendly, and welcoming space. I love that they provide free gated parking, water and apples for the kids and most importantly the same group of quality coaches are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a challenging workout with happy people! I recommend to everyone. It truly is a gem!!!

I have been very interested in no-gi jiu jitsu for a long time, and over the years tried getting into it at a few different schools in New York City and Miami. A lot of the classes I attended were not very conducive for first timers and beginners. Last year, a friend of mine (purple belt) told me about Marco (black belt) and Atom BJJ, and said it’s truly a school for all levels, especially for white belts. I gave it a shot, and my friend was 1000% right. I have been training at Atom under Marco now for a year and a half, and have made incredible progress. I’m even competing next weekend in my first tournament! From the moment I walked in there, Atom felt like home, and Marco always made sure myself and the other white belts were always very comfortable. Marco is not just an incredible teacher, but an amazing person and friend. Atom is very clean and well-maintained, and everyone in class is very nice and always pushing one another to improve. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to take up BJJ as a hobby or as a serious athletic pursuit to join Atom BJJ!

I've been training at ATOM for a few months now and from the first day I felt very welcome. The style of Jiu Jitsu taught is based on the Gracie method, with a lot of ne-waza, sport Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense. Even though I already had a good foundation in BJJ, I have felt that my jiu jitsu has evolved a lot in a short period of time. By being part of the team, I have the right to train other martial arts such as kick-boxing and muay-thai at no additional cost, so I am also evolving in other fighting styles. Do not over think to come and get a free class. Jiu jitsu will make a more confident person , awareness, and Don't think too much and come to an experimental class. You will not regret it. Martial Arts will give you confidence, motivation, and at ATOM you will feel like you are in the right place.

Took a kick boxing class with Kyle today and it was amazing! Learned some great techniques and Kyle was patient and stuck by us until we got each of it. Got a great workout in and really enjoyed the class.

My son and I have been training at ATOM about four months, and it has quickly evolved my grappling game. The secret is a clear concise program and effective drilling with both gi and no gi . The classes are very well researched, based upon extensive experience, and set in a format to learn through muscle memory. Classes consist of a primary technique, variations, both offensively and defensively, for applications in sport and self defense. It is both few and far between to find people who are as dedicated to teaching as Coach Marco. If striking is your passion, they also offer Kickboxing, with Coach Kyle, and Muay Thai, with Coach Will, that builds conditioning, strength, and technique. Both Coaches are excellent strikers with real world competition experience. The school is impeccably clean and well maintained. All classes also offer great playlists in the background while you train. I am an older BJJ practitioner, staying healthy and injury free is a top priority. No egos on ATOM’s mats, all brothers and sisters helping one another. Coach Marco keeps things moving and well-paced, but you never feel exhausted. Rolls are always safe and you set the pace. I am glad to have walked through ATOM’s doors and found a fun and safe place to train with lots of training partners of all levels and walks of life. Thank you to all my training partners. I joined the 7:30am class for kickboxing with Marco as an instructor. I had a great time! Great work out and amazing instruction from Marco. Will definitely be going again!!
