Atlas Lift Tech - Featured Reviews (13)
They did a phone interview and then setup onsite interview. At onsite interview I was late for 10-15 mins due to roadblock cause by Ambulance. Upon explaining the HR person [Talesa Kung], she behaved very strangely and decline to take the interview and showed very rude behavior. She was insulting me and didn’t even try listen to the cause. She was insisting , why didn't I called her [While Driving in highway!!!] that time?
I totally understand if they do not wish to take a person who came late but insulting them or attacking them with attitude doesn't actually necessary. That actually made me think this company culture twice. It seems like toxic and slave culture. Be aware of this! :)
*Update*
*Since transferring to a different state with the company, I saw things in a completely different light. It seems that the corporate culture of getting/retaining contracts is taking precedence over innovation. I was told by HR when they terminated me that the way things are done in the state I moved to is "typical". I tried incorporating my experience and point of view gained from previous contracts in California, but was basically stone walled and essentially told to fall in line. Perhaps I could of done some things differently, but I felt disliked from day one and told things that didn't feel like the Atlas I knew.*
Atlas Lift Tech is changing the way healthcare providers stay safe at hospitals. Decreased employee injury and workman's compensation payouts are just two of the many ways they are helping to reform healthcare.
They are also on the cutting edge of education and implementation of proven techniques and procedures.
As far as being an employer, they have always addressed any issue brought up and have worked hard to steer my career in the direction that made sense to me.
Because what they do is relatively new in healthcare, it might take some time to understand what they are really about.
So, don't apply here if you want the run of the mill healthcare job. However, if you want the choice to transition into a corporate position from the floor up, Atlas Lift Tech may be the perfect fit.
Highly reccomended for those interested in changing the way things are done!
I have been working for many companies before and I never felt the same level of care anywhere else ...I was there before Covid-19 and will be back working with them for a while definitely the best to me 1000%
I enjoyed my time it was such a great experience and I learned a lot.. I hope to visit California again soon!
Atlas is a fantastic company to work for. If you are looking for a job in medical tech and safety compliance then I highly recommend Atlas.
Worked at this company for a few months and nothing but great things to say about management & environment. Hands down to the DHR
