It was a timeshare week we used. 2 weeks before we arrived we got a letter from the property telling us the pool, hot tub and direct beach access were closed due to hurricane damage a yr ago. We contacted the timeshare company who should have known about this and tried to find another property. They said there was nothing available. Make sure and ask well before you book there to see if things are repaired and open.

We all loved this place! The view was outstanding, and the units are very large and in terrific shape. It was very clean - and I'm sort of a neat freak, so know that it has to be good for me to say that. The balcony wraps around all the rooms, which is wonderful. It almost seemed like a never ending balcony. Great pool and hot tub also. We went in early December so it was uncrowded, quiet and peaceful - which is just what we prefer. I had the hot tub & pool all to myself. We liked it so much we booked for next December too. My sole picky, little criticism is that the TV in the living room was on the small side. I think maybe it was 42/46? We thought it should be at least 55 / 60 inches for better viewing. We did watch some TV in the evenings since it gets dark early. We could see it okay, but we're not used to a small TV. But everything else was top notch, so I'm not going to down rate it just for TV size. Staff was nice too.

This place is beautiful 😍 very spacious! Staff is courteous & gives you your space 😉 love that there's multiple balcony access points, washer & dryer in your unit, there's a sweet little grilling area. Overall this place is pretty spectacular. If you have kids there's a closet with extra beach toys & chairs & whatever so that's pretty cool. Great price too for the amount of space you get. Been places way smaller for more money right down the street. I'd highly recommend.

Spent a week at Atlantic Terrace. All 2 bedroom units with fantastic views,right on the east coast sand. The unis are large and comfortable. Secured under ground parking is great and with all entry doors to building requiring a key, we felt secure. Great pool deck and excellent access to the beach.||||One of my two issues with Atlantic Terrace is with their policy on kitchen cleaning supplies. They supply 2 dishwasher detergent tabs for the units for a seven night stay. When you use it in the first 2 or 3 days, they expect you to purchase your own supply for the remaining days, which is unheard of in the timeshare business, especially when their requirement is that you place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher prior to checkout and start the cleaning process. This policy makes me suspect as to the complete cleanliness of the dishes and utensils in the units for upcoming occupants. I did check with the front desk attendant and she confirmed the policy that management has.||||My second issue is with a timeshare representative, who gained entry into the complex and knocked on our door on Sunday afternoon, attempting to get us to a sales presentation at one of their local properties. This intrusion was totally unacceptable. Just curious why Atlantic Terrace allows this type of activity.

As always we loved our stay here once again. The staff is awesome and can't do enough for you to be sure your stay is memorable ❤. The Atlantic Terrice is right on the ocean and the suites all have wonderful views. The condo is spacious, super clean & updated. What a calm, quiet & layed back environment. In addition anything you could want is near-by. This has been our destination vacation year after year & it never disappoints!!

Awesome place. My wife's family has been coming here for years. This is my first time and have been enjoying every minute. One day we are at the ocean the next day we are at the pool but can still get that salt air therapy. This place has easy access to the beach by key only with a hose to rinse off before heading up to the room. If you love to fish bring your rod (and fishing license) and fish from the surf. Wake up early and catch an awesome sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony, how this building is set up almost all the rooms have access to view the ocean. There is a pier located a short walk away that you can get lunch or dinner but it's nice to walk out and fish, entry fee is a few dollars but if you don't want to get a fishing license the pier covers you with the entry fee. If you do come here you won't be disappointed. Everyone here is very friendly from the staff to the people here on vacation.
