Room is just ok. Nothing fancy, bed was uncomfortable, bathrooms are very small (knees almost touch the wall). If the kitchen is important to you, it’s quite decent sized. Did appreciate the washer dryer set (but have to get your own detergent). Parking is good. Check in is odd and seems that management are very hands off. Don’t appreciate having to send sensitive information via text message. Overall if staying VERY close to Riviera Beach is important to you, you’ll be pleased with this place otherwise I’d look for something more professionally maintained with amenities.
This was our 2nd year here. The location is great because everything is walkable, restaurants, beach store, 7-11, the beach. This is such a great place. Wifi was fast, private courtyard is great to relax in. Thanks-
I love Florida, so my review might be subjective for some people but regardless, those Villas are perfect for us. Our condo was clean and modern. Everything was working and in top-notch condition. King-size bed made us sleep comfortably even with our infant in his travel bassinet between us. For us very important was the location, so 5 minutes walking distance from the beach made our stay one be of the best, considering the baby, saving on driving and looking for parking space. Do not hesitate and book, kitchen is big enough to make a proper meal and Publix is less than 5 minutes drive.
Positive: Very comfortable accommodations, very near the beach. The place was newly renovated and it all seemed very good quality in the apartment. We were even surprised to find beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas available. We also appreciated the key in code, so we didn’t have to carry keys around, although another keyed door was available if preferred. The front patio was lovely with all the chairs and vegetation. We thought it would be specially lovely for multiple parties traveling together. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back someday soon.. Negative: We loved everything about this place. If I had to really think hard, I would say the untensils in the kitchen were limited, for instance there were no spatulas to flip our eggs, and I would prefer non Teflon cookware. But we managed fine, and really enjoyed our stay..
Perfect for couples. Small but more than adequate space with everything you’d get at a hotel (including beach towels). Private, quiet. Resort across the street welcomes the public at the bar / restaurant (Islander). ||Hesitated to book because so few reviews, but couldn’t beat the location or price. Check-in was the only problem - website and email says ID and credit card required on arrival but the day of l received a text requesting a photo of my ID and credit card (showing last 4 digits). Looked like spam. Ended up calling (no one is on site) and indeed that was the process.||Beach is a few minute walk down the street, across from a few restaurants. A 7 eleven is also nearby (there is full fridge, microwave, stove in the room). ||There is a storage container in the garden area of the property that has chairs and an umbrella so you don’t have to buy a pass to use the chairs at the beach ($40-60 per day, less if you purchase for several days). Garden area is private with several lounge chairs.
We have gone twice for a visit to Florida and really enjoyed staying here. The room has a full sized refrigerator and a sink, microwave and cooktop. We were able too cook and saved lots of money by not eating out and stayed on our healthy meal plan. We talked to the guest next door she said that she had been back 4 times. We will be returning also. Thanks to the owners for such a great stay!
The rooms are decent and clean. The beach is not steps away it's about a 5-10 min walk through the park area. It's quite dark at night if your unit is in the courtyard area. The parking spaces are very tight if you have anything bigger than a small sedan. Overall for the price it's reasonable.
The room was clean and really nicely decorated. I enjoyed the garden area and was really pleased to have found this place. It is close to the beach and places to eat. A lovely spot to stay

A special spot near a wonderful stretch of beach. I was lucky enough to stay right next to this landmark well at the Ocean Pointe resort. Both of all sizes pass between the breakwater and the beach and through the deep water channel especially on th
Cleo S was our server and she did a fantastic job!!! She was so kind and attentive. The chips and salsa were amazing!! The NY style pizza was also really good- and this is coming from a former New Yorker! The key lime pie was just a slice of Heaven.
