My family and I recently stayed at Knot for Sail and were so pleased with the exceptional service we received there. The accommodations met the needs of everyone in our party. There was something for everyone to enjoy. It was a wonderful getaway at just the right time of the year. If you are looking for a vacation spot, you won't be disappointed.

Atlantic Realty was so great for us to rent our beach house for the week. The process was easy. Checking in and checking very smooth and the property was just what we needed for our vacation. We love Corolla even more than we did before. We will be back

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Sanctuary. The views from the living area and master bedroom are breathtaking showing the sound. The house is very roomy and is equipped with most all the essentials you need. The elevator came in handy to bring up groceries and luggage. The hot tub was great as well and was cleaned/serviced twice during our week long stay. The dock leading out to the sound is beautiful. We got many great photo opportunities there especially during the evening sunsets. It was definitely one for the books! We created many memories that will be cherished for years to come! It is a very short walking distance to the ocean side. We just crossed the road and a short distance to a wooden walkway leading right up to the beach! Atlantic Realty of the Outer Banks was very professional and courteous. Ann Marie was so easy to communicate with and answered many of my questions prior to arrival. They seem to have a really great team.

Our family and friends had the vacation of a lifetime @ the Austin in Corolla, NC. Atlantic Realty went above and beyond and we couldn’t have treated any better than by Rolf Blizzard and the rest off the team @ Atlantic Realty. Atlantic Realty of the Outer Banks was so easy to work with. They offer a great selection of rentals in a variety of price ranges and areas. The staff was not only professional but very knowledgeable and down to earth. She also answered every question we had. Ultimately, the rental and area that we chose were perfect for our needs. Close to the beach, attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Pet friendly, a fenced yard with a private pool and hot tub. Upon arrival, we did have a few tiny concerns that were resolved quickly. The maintenance men arrived on time. They were so nice and cleaned up after themselves. Our vacation to OBX was stress free and the start of a new family tradition. I highly recommend Atlantic Realty.

We had an amazing family gathering at this property. I have never stayed somewhere that was as well equipped. From a sound system that plays music throughout the entire house and pool deck to a kitchen that is stocked with anything that you could possibly need, this house has incredibly thoughtful touches. I could not offer a higher recommendation.

We have used different realty companies for our vacation rentals over the past severL years. By far Atlantic was our best experience! Everyone was very nice to talk to. We had a couple maintenance issues, there responded quickly. Even down to getting us batteries for a remote control! Our rental was very clean, which to us is very important! We were there during a big tropical storm and they sent out safety messages. They made our vacation such a wonderful experience! We will continue to reserve through Atlantic as much as we can!

The Pine Island Lodge is simply beautiful and so comfy! The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and has every tool and dishes you can think of or need. The wrap around balcony, the pool, the spas, the private access to the beach, the game room, pool table, the ping pong table, the bunk bed rooms, the gym, the cinema maison, the multiple dens and TVs, the lounge chairs... everything is there. The place is huge! we were floored how big it really is. The photos really do not do it justice... it is that much better in person. We enjoyed our stay so much and will have memories to cherish forever. It was definitely worth the 14 hours to drive there. We would absolutely recommend it and would come back anytime!! Just Wow!!
