Nice location. Quick Walk to the beach. Seems well maintained.. attractive accommodations. Responsive front office. Kitchen facilities for adequate but cheap. So isn't chairs were very comfortable. Very spacious. Overall I would give it about a three and a half.
Our room was filthy upon arrival. Food and trash on floors. Floor was stick and dirty. We asked for towels to replace the ones we used and we were told to wash our own towels. They only provide service on monday and Thursday. We had to pay to park to stay on hotel grounds. Our white patio furniture was filthy black and we couldn't use it being so dirty.
Please add room numbers to your reviews, that is so helpful. I have other reviews for Building 21 and Building 30. This time I stayed in 24B and may have cracked the code on how to get a good unit through my exchange company. The resort codes are ATB and A1B. A1B have been the nicer units near beach access. ATB was trash and the worst experience I have had in many, many years. ||The reviews are SO mixed because there are newer units and much older units. The pictures are the same for both so it may be pure luck, but I booked under A1B resort code again. 24B was lovely. I hope this method stays true. ||The unit was on the first floor but it is one level up so you do have to take stairs or the elevator. Elevator was working, the room was clean, all appliances worked and it was spacious. This has been my experience all times but one when I was in unit 30A, then moved to 30C but checked out within hours of arriving. ||The building numbers are very confusing for delivery drivers. It is like the twilight zone. Aside from that, I enjoyed a nice, quiet time. I ordered groceries through InstaCart and food delivery the entire time this trip, but Amos Mosquitos is definitely a favorite.
Great place to stay at the beach for the price off-season, late October. Fully equipped kitchen, clean, spacious, nicely decorated, balcony with table and chairs. Indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor hot tub. The weather was perfect to use these amenities. They had tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. Not beachfront because of trees, but you can't beat the price. There were a few things off....a missing drawer in the kitchen, and the refrigerator was a bit loud. Extremely long walk from the elevator to the room, 3 buildings away. It was more than worth it in this economy (October 2023). $137/night, king with pullout sofa, 2 full bathrooms.
IMMACULATE EXPERIENCE! We were here for the Beaufort Pirate Invasion and you will not regret staying here. Very spacious with comfortable furnishings and plenty of closet space. Incredible beach access with WARM outdoor showers and two pools! Playground for the kids and wonderful accommodating staff.
So different (good) from when we purchased our very first timeshare unit there 30 years ago. Everything from parking to beach access was wonderful. And the location has always been awesome. Highly recommended! -- Absolutely NO complaints! (The one rating below for "4" instead of "5" was out of the resort's control . . . heavy clompers above us up late at night.)
Been to this resort many times in past. Love location. Beautiful sunsets. Good local restaurants. Although unit was clean, we had problems. Bathroom sink dripped. Reported it. No response. Broken chair on porch. Replaced. Roaches! We left early. Had to disinfect everything we took home.
Had a two bedroom which had a nice sized kitchen, dining table and living room. The sleeper couch was a nice addition. On the third floor and could see the ocean from outside. Nice outdoor table and chairs for each room. Three pools were very nice.

I absolutely love the Shark Snack. I've never got food here that wasn't fantastic, freshly made, and exactly what I ordered. I try to go every time I'm on Atlantic Beach! The fish bites and wrap (with hush puppies and the cilantro sauce) are the bes
This trail is nice, it has about everything that you would want to see. I enjoy this trail. It's not a difficult trail but it's also not for the faint at heart. Less than 4 mi through wooded areas and beach dunes. Dune area trails are packed well. Do
Love this place! Everyone in the shop is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have great bait and tackle at a very fair price. Shout to Ross for offering to help push my Ford if it breaks down in the parking lot!
Went in (first timers) found a great selection of kites, wind socks, flags and all kinds of goodies. And the gentleman (Donald) was just super friendly and fun to chat with.

Coming from Syracuse, NY, the bars I'm used to have a very different vibe, and price point. You want a hipster bar with leather couches, pay to play pool tables, a cigar lounge, snobby bartenders who only look at the young pretty people, and drinks t
