My family and I were made to feel more than just clients which is not something we have come across in the past. I highly recommend Isaac and his team. We plan to use them again for future projects!

From my first meeting to my last with Isaac Shakeri I was impressed. His concern for me and what I wanted, his attention to detail and his quality of work are exceptional. The crews did and amazing job. Integrity from everyonne in assuring the work was done professionally and I was 100% satisfied did not go unnoticed. I would not hesitate to call him again if the need arose.

Save your money and go somewhere else! This company is a rip off , takes advantage of people needing help for few hours by charging a minimum of 3 days equipment rental even for 1 hour of use . My apartment was flooded for few hours. I made the mistake of calling them. They brought fans ( which I had), dehumidifier ( that barley worked) then unnecessary ripped off my carpets and put it back loosely with damage to my floors! I only needed water to be drained out for 2 hours , which it would have been sufficient by leaving doors open overnight. Then they send a bill charging me for double what it would have cost me to have brand new carpet in the whole apartment! I am definitely never doing business with them again! Total Rip off!

I never write bad reviews, but I would hate for anyone to go through what we did with this company. They were sent to us through our insurance and they were AWFUL. We had repeated instances of the techs not knowing what they were supposed to do, or even if they were at the right house. The PM was never at our house but told the techs they were only supposed to remove 1 sheet worth of drywall, when our entire ceiling and walls were flooded from a broken pipe. The techs were also informed they could not remove anything damaged/warped stained if it was dry. After a week they removed the drying equipment, but our basement still smelled musky (even though they said everything was dry) so we opened a few random holes in the wall and found mold. They sent out another tech who said that there was only mold in the random places we happened to cut holes, nowhere else. I straight up told him I didn't believe him. He said someone would be back to spray for mold the next day. The next tech came and said there was mold all around the perimeter of our basement, and they had to do flood cuts around 90% of it. When they did spray, they didn't tell us to turn off the AC, so the fumes went through our entire house. These were just the highlights of our experience, there were many others that were extremely frustrating. This company was a mess. Unorganized, unprofessional, unsafe, and incompetent. DO NOT USE.

I couldn't leave my own apartment because they taped plastic over my entire front door. One of the employees asked for my number but "didn't want to get in trouble". I WOKE UP to them in my apartment because I was asleep and didn't hear them knocking. They won't even give me a chance to open my door before they are unlocking it. They are breaking the law by putting a few supplies in the HANDICAP parking spot making anyone unable to use it.

This team did a great job! They were efficient, respectful of my space and my property, they were friendly, and they got in and out quickly and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
