AT&T Store - Cell phone store in Port Richey - 8615 US-19, USA

I do not recommend this store!! I walked in with an issue of a watch I bought through my mobile app ( directly through AT&T) .. the man was very rude & had an unprofessional attitude. He ended up walked away from me in the middle of helping me. I ended up having to reset my watch and resolve my issue on my own. He claimed that he was going to help someone else and asked if I was okay, told me to call him when I was ready & he went into the back of the store, leaving me no way of letting him know I was “ready”. Go to a different , if you need help, because this one is not professional at all.

Great customer service! Thomas was patient, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my new phone. He did a terrific job and his help was greatly appreciated.

Super nice staff & very fast. I had little to no wait with being helped. Also got some cool tips on charging my AirPods with my phone! I had a return & they were very easy to work with! Justin was great :)

Issac helped me switch over to a new phone I already owned. He was very patient, polite and helpful. He also helped me save money on my monthly bill!

Ashley k was amazing and her performance was incredible plus the other employees who helped. Ashely was absolutely phenomenal when taken her time to solve the problem with our account and fix the issue within a few minutes.

Josh and the team were excellent. After consulting them and another carrier store they showed nothing but utmost courtesy and professionalism. They helped us purchase some phones as well as bringing a few of our other phones from our old provider over.

Came in the store was a bit busy but glad I waited. Thomas was able to help me fix some issues with my phone. My appreciated.

Today, we came in really upset about the situation that we were in with T-Mobile…we worked with Ashley and Sheldon. Ashley is absolutely amazing! She sacrificed her lunch time to assist us & Sheldon was incredible. So understanding and patient. Listened to all of my complaining about the former company. Their patience, understanding and willingness to help us with everything including ALL of the transactions to make sure we were getting all of the best possible deals. Definitely recommend this store and the amazing staff inside!
