AT&T Store - Cell phone store in Humble - 19727 US-59, USA

I went to the Att store to get screen protectors and cases for two new phones, the service was excellent. We were greeted when we walked in and it only took about 5 minutes to get what we needed. Associate was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I thanked him for a great experience.

I order Two apple watch. and somehow one of them was delivered to the wrong address. and the other one could not be delivered due to an incorrect address. AT&T guy just told me to go to an ups store and ups store told me to contact customer service. and customer service told me to contact At&T customer service. I went to the AT&T store three times. just wasted my time. now I have to wait for the apple watch to get delivered to original sender. and be fully remove from my account so I can get a apple watch.

I went in 11/14/23 about an issue with a next up return, the manager was rude, condescending and didn’t have what it takes to be a manager. I was standing 8ft away from him, and he was talking to my rep so then he can tell me what he just said as if I didn’t hear what he said. When I spoke to him directly he ignored me and looked at me with disgust in his face like (how dare you come to this store with a problem about your trade in return) I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone based on this experience alone. In the end they still sent me out the door with the same problem unresolved and basically told me (figure it out yourself).

I waited over twenty minutes and nobody would even acknowledge that I was in the building. They charged me for certain products that they have not provided.

Customer service attendant was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Was able to help me in no time flat. Sadly I don't remember his name. (Sorry).

This place is a total waste of time. I went in to ask about my bill and see if my phone was compatible to brought over for a new line. Then came the phishing questions of my last 4 of my social and the need to see my ID to scan it for my address. This place is a dox shack. Avoid at all costs.

No one approach us or asked us if we needed help 5/2/23 time 7:20pm Been a customer for more then +7years Am not making Buisness with this guys anymore.

Diego customer service was excellent! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
