AT&T Store - Cell phone store in Pickerington - 1301 Hill Rd N Suite D, USA

I have such a helpful experience with this location. Carlos fixed my iPad very quickly. My touch screen was not working. He quickly showed me how to restart it and was able to put it back into its case. I felt silly for such an easy problem but he and Jake were very nice to work with. I will return to this location anytime I have issues with my phone or iPad in the future!!! Thanks guys your the best!!

I bought an Iphone 15 and switched to AT and T. Carlos was very helpful. A couple of days later the phone kept dropping calls and was garbley after of few minutes of a phone call. And then the person I was calling said they could only hear every 5th word. (multiple people multiple locations) I took it in a was rudely treated by the manager. (beard , glasses and long hair) He rudely told me nothing is wrong with the phone before he even touched it. Then rudely told me we could switch it out for a $55 fee or take it to Apple. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. If nothing is wrong with the phone it must be the service.

Great experience here with quick service! Carlos was very helpful with setting up my new phone and very knowledgeable with everything I needed. Highly recommend this store!

Jake and Noah were great! They were knowledgeable and never made me or my husband feel rushed. I am glad we went to this At&T.

I had an awesome experience at the Pickerington AT&T store! I worked with Noah Wolfe & he was amazing, knowledgeable, & very friendly and easy to work with. I was switching my service from T-Mobile and was also going from an android phone to an iPhone for the first time. I was nervous about this transition, but Noah made sure the experience was seamless. He was a delight to work with! I highly recommend Noah & the Pickerington store!

Hey Owner/manager of AT&T Pickerington Store, where is the response/apology to my feedback about your store's attempted fraud to me that I posted 2 months ago? Your so-called attendant lied to the Pickerington Police and stated to the police that he mis-typed my order. That is pure bull and YOU know it! I came into your pathetic store to just get a new phone and your "attendant" not only completed an order (without me authorizing) to upgrade my phone service from standard to premium (approx $50 more per month), but he also added phone insurance, and I just found out yesterday when I called the AT&T national number he added something called AT&T Next Up (an additional $6 per month). He sure did a lot of mistyping that afternoon. I thought he was typing for an awful long time, when he was completing my order to simply get a new phone - now I know why. Did you take the time and effort to do an inventory of other customers that were serviced by your attendant/thief? How many people ,perhaps elderly, careless, or mentally challenged, are paying more money each month via electronic deduction because your attendant/thief fraudulently changed/upgraded their phone service with them authorizing or knowing?? Do the RIGHT thing!!

The worst location imaginable.. extremely unprofessional management from the store manager to the area manager. Strongly advise you to use Verizon. This store reminds me of T-Mobile.. just terrible

The salesperson in the beanie with glasses and beard just kept interrupting us when we tried to talk or ask questions. He interrupted “I don’t care what they said when you spoke to customer service.”…before we could even explain what we were asking. I quit trying to clarify because I was tired of the interruptions. I just smiled and said “ok we have to think about it.” Then we left. We are at the Reynoldsburg store now and they are happy to help.
