AT&T Store - Cell phone store in Cookeville - 1255 Interstate Dr #103, USA

Dropped off my trade-in. Walked into the store and we were greeting by the employees. They were efficient in the return, helped getting a new screen protector for the new phone and helped answer some phone questions. A great team working together to service the customer.

Thank you to Keith, Luvall and Marcel for amazing customer service! We were met with a friendly greeting upon entering the store. I brought my Mother in to trade out a phone she recently purchased. All of these young men were very kind and helpful. I really appreciate how patient Keith was in helping the two young men learn how to resolve our issue. They went above and beyond to get her issue resolved! Marcel was so kind in his conversation with my Mother! If you’re in the market for a phone go see these guys. Thank You for making our day brighter!

AT&T has credited my account sufficiently that I am satisfied with the account. I will still continue to monitor my account to insure no other charges are placed that were not authorized by me. I would still use caution when dealing with this store. Quick update. No response after sending an email to the owner. Apparently they request information but don't reply to correct the issue. Waste of time Update to reply: I was asked to respond to a review I placed for the Cookeville store. I started service with AT&T in November of 2022. I found the customer service at this store to be fantastic.  However,  I instructed the employees that I did not want any added services.  They assured me of what my charges would be on my phone numbers. I received my first bill and noticed phone insurance and other added services on my bill. I called AT&T customer service and had all the added services removed.  AT&T then credited my account. Fast forward to May of this year. I changed phones due to a lost phone. I didn't think to check my bill until recently. I noticed that someone had added the next up feature to my line. I recently called AT&T again. They said they could only credit me for the previous 60 days. The representative stated that all added services start at the store. They advised that they do not add these items on. AT&T did provide a credit. I am currently calculating to see if the credit is equal to the amount of added services that I had not signed up for. If any charges are greater than the amount refunded,  I will be speaking with an attorney about recovering these fees. I will also advertise in the local paper to see if there are any other victims.  We may be able to establish a pattern and perhaps file a class action suit against AT&T and the owner of the Cookeville store for damages. I hope action is taken against this practice. I am no longer going to spend my time trying to rectify this through customer service. I will be sending a certified mail to corporate headquarters soon laying out the above facts. If I can't get any resolution through the store owner,  then perhaps corporate and the suit will encourage the owner to insure that customers are not overbilled the way I was and services are provided for and are documented to insure that the services desired are matched with customer wishes. Original post: Watch your bill after going here. I have told them that I did not want any add on features. No insurance, no extra fees for trade in early programs, nothing. Only to find out multiple add ons on my bill. I've called AT&T and they said these are all originating from the store. I dont know if they make commissions on this stuff or what. I've been on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to get a refund and all of them removed.

I was very impressed with this store. The manager, Keith was great. They made sure everybody was helped as they came in the store I can’t express how impressed I was with the manager. he was very knowledgeable.

I’ve transferred phones here previously with no issues. Went in today on 9/16/2023 and had the worst service ever. Tried to turn in a phone for trade in and was told they could not take it as I should’ve came in yesterday as I was a month and a day out even though I was told I could drop it off at any location and the only solution he had was to call customer service. Absolutely awful service as the guy was a jerk and didn’t care. Customer service was great and was able to make the exception and mail my box to me unlike this dude that wouldn’t take my phone back. Will not go to this store again. Their manager sucks

Wouldn’t recommend this store at all, i went here to get a prepaid service a few months ago and they lied and signed me up for a contract behind my back and said i had a pre paid service. would not recommend going to this store to get your phone turned on. horrible customer service and liars.

My soon to be ex husband removed the SIM card from one of my phones. Keith West (store manager) was a lifesaver!!! He got me set up with a new SIM card and phone number. He helped the 2 workers that were helping me. There was an issue and Keith called me when it was fixed. He went above and beyond as did his staff. Everyone was so nice. They made an issue I was having into a non issue with smiles the whole time. They treated me with the utmost respect. I cannot thank them enough!!

We were waited on right away. We changed from Verizon to AT&T . It is cheaper than what we were paying. I feel that the sales people were up front and honest. Sad to say I got blindsided by Verizon. They were super friendly and honest. Cookvile Tennessee was great!
