I recently had the pleasure of visiting the AT&T store and had the opportunity to interact with Patrick, one of their customer support representatives. I must say that Patrick's exceptional level of assistance and dedication truly impressed me. From the moment I entered the store, Patrick greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, immediately making me feel welcome. He patiently listened to all of my questions and concerns, demonstrating a deep understanding of AT&T's products and services. His knowledge was remarkable, and he effortlessly addressed each of my inquiries, leaving me with a clear understanding of all the options available to me. However, what truly stood out about Patrick was his assistance to my mother. She was experiencing numerous issues with her phone, and Patrick went above and beyond to help her resolve them. His patience and compassion were evident as he took the time to understand her concerns and troubleshoot the problems she was facing. He explained the solutions in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that she felt comfortable and confident in the steps they were taking. Throughout our entire interaction, Patrick's professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional customer support were evident. We had a great experience at the AT&T store in Layton. Alex helped us set up a new phone line for our son, reconfigure our account, upgrade our phones and helped us with our accessories. He did a phenomenal job of covering EVERYTHING. He let us know about any and all deals going on that work help us and save us money. He was easy to talk to, thorough in his explanations and took great care of us. For me, great customer service is what keeps me coming back & I would recommend Alex and the AT&T store in Layton to anyone.

Patrick Reeves was really helpful. Super fast and well informed on products. We upgraded 2 lines and it took less than 15 minutes. Brodix helped us initially and also did a great job! I will definitely go out of my way to visit this location again.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment; Alex saw me right away. He changed equipment for my number (new phone), did the factory reset I needed to send the old one back in trade, and applied a new screen protector for me. All this was done in record time with a HIGH degree of attention paid to my needs. I am deeply pleased with how that visit worked out, and I am very, very grateful.

If there was an option to leave a zero star rating I would. I have never been treated so poorly before. I tried to resolve my issue via their website & customer service line yet, I went in store to see if they would help me. After explaining my situation, three of their “customer service representatives ” (if you can call them that) began to barrade me on how it wasn’t their problem and I was out of luck. After this experience my family and myself moved to Verizon and it was painless! I will never recommend someone to ever join this scam of a business ever!!

Trade in issues. In store they aren't able to help in any way though the problem originated with their employee. They provided me with a phone # to call and after 60 minutes of being transferred I was told to return to the store. They aren't concerned about solving my problem because they now have our phone lines on a 2 year plan which was signed when I was promised $1,000 trade in value for the old phone. The pinnacle of frustration was when I was transferred on the phone for the 4th time and the person on the other end was snoaring loudly and would not wake up despite my attempts.

She'll help us at the Layton corp office. She was amazing. She talk and walk us through everything about our new bill and our new phones. She made sure we are happy with our purchase before she hit submit. Thank you shell for all your work.

The young lady who helped me I believe her name was Kya, or something very close to that lol was super nice, professional and exceptionally fast at helping me with my stressful situation and took the worry right out of it with her cool assurity and resolve to solve my dilemma. 100% satisfied and will be a returning customer!
