Jordan Lambert Was beyond helpful. She took care of me and answered my questions very well. I was well pleased with the service and the care. She is also very sweet and makes you feel very at home in the store. I will highly recommend her to all I know who need a new phone or phone accessory.

This store is awful! Why do you guys LIE to your customers? The value plus unlimited plan DOES in fact exist! The starter unlimited plan is $65 with autopay and paperless billing! Pathetic that you guys feel the need to LIE to your customers and refuse to help them with anything if they didn’t buy a phone directly from you! Do your job or find a new one!

Dustin initially helped us get our new internet set up but everyone at the location has been helpful in answering questions, making payments & changes to our new account. The store is clean and organized. No payment kiosk, but everyone in the store can help you at the counter computer. Easily spot the store in the mini plaza. I’ve been an AT&T cellular customer since 2010, and this branch is an example of why I will not change my service over to anyone else. I autopay my accounts, but it’s helpful to pop in to the store or browse online frequently to see what’s new and if any changes (savings) can be added to your account.
