AT&T Store - Cell phone store in Waterbury - 495 Union St Ste 2010, USA

Dean was our provider. The moment we walked in he served us. He upgraded us to the Unlimited Premium plan and signed us up for the ARP. We got a great deal, cheaper than what T-Mobile and Verizon was offering. He also offered us a great plan for the iPhone 14! We were only there for about 20 minutes to half an hour as well! Dean was very kind and answered all of our questions. He was brutally honest and left in every detail and did not leave parts out. He also waved out the prices for the SIM cards ! He definitely made our trip very easy. We walked out with happiness. My father and I are pleased with AT&T.

Jlynn is one of the best service reps that I have encountered at AT&T! She is very knowledgeable, helpful , informative, and extra extra courteous! This girl deserves a promotion, you are very blessed to have her as an employee. As i was at the store another customer agreed.

James Hollick in the Waterbury AT&T Tis the best. I had spent over 6 hours on the phone with AT&T before going and driving to the store. I was very aggregate when I entered the store. I came across James as soon as we came in the store. He was very happy, knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better sales person to deal with. I came in with a very frustrated and irritable attitude and left smiling and laughing. Thank you so much James Hollick for just great service !!!!!

Dean took time to answer our questions. He is a very good employee he is efficient,respectful,knowable and kind person.

Bad bad experience with the manager Richard had to call corporate twice because of the lack of customer service experience he becomes argumentative when understanding he is wrong and a liar tries to defend himself to customers very strange man and very disrespectful towards women professionalism out the door for this guy discrimination at its finest me and my partner … two women … no wonder we were treated the way he did Advice for anyone going here do not deal with this man. PS this manager only cares about sales I had to go to Verizon to have my partners phone fixed and became aware of my partner’s warranty be careful the manager will scam you

I have never had a problem with AT&T. There service representatives are always very helpful and courteous. We were treated respectfully.

Cory was amazing, convinced me to switch from t mobile and signed me up for Direct TV Internet which was a much better value than xfinity

Dean was great. Dean delivered great customer service, went about and beyond to do my data transfer and we talked about marvel to pass time. What a great guy
