AT&T Store - Cell phone store in Dumont - 102 Washington Ave, USA

While I don't live in the area, I go here when I'm planning in advance to do business with AT&T, like upgrade a phone. They are always efficient and helpful, and tend to have things in stock. They explain everything clearly and don't talk down to you or try to hard upsell things, which I appreciate.

Great service and the two gentleman there REALLY know their stuff! So glad to have found them.

I must preface this brief post by saying: I have NEVER posted on any establishment I visited. However, as I am sitting here in my office and reflecting, this particular AT&T store came across my mind. They are the most caring, professional and mannered people I have come across in a longggg time. Each time I've entered their premises, I have been treated as someone they know by name and not just a number. Equally important, even if they could not assist me with my plight, they would still direct me as to what is needed. Wow! is only the beginning of the AT&T store in Dumont NJ Bobby

I love this particular store and Byron who always assists me with everything I need perfectly.

I never write online reviews, but I was so impressed by how helpful Byron was. My 78 year old mother was buying her first smart phone. Byron was very patient with her and really went out of his way to find her the best deal and set up her new phone. He even set up auto pay for her. He was also very reassuring that if she had questions about the phone down the line she could just stop by the store.

Reps in the store were helpful, knowledgeable, nice, overall great experience!

Great service. I really appreciate how helpful Garrett and Christian were.
