Janiya gave excellent customer service. She directed me in a professional way with my upgrade. I was so happy I didn't have to call the 800 customer service number. She transferred my information and took her time with me. She was very respectful and thorough!! Also, Shay was kind as I waited for my old phone data to transfer to the new one. Shay and I had a pleasant conversation so I didn't mind waiting for my phone to transfer. This store is very professional.
