Nice people there. We were in somewhat of a hurry to get a phone since our teenager apparently needs a phone more than his kidneys, so we tried to call to confirm they had stock. No one answered after 3 attempts to call and let the phone ring for 5 minutes. Went anyway and of course no stock. They didn't tell us until we were 2/3 of the way through the purchase process. Had to race to Best Buy to get their last phone. The staff is nice and fine and professional but it's not OK for a store not to be reachable by phone.
I went to this store because I spoke to someone on the phone and they inadvertently put my information with the previous customers name that they were working with. I spent approximately eight hours with Mario, who worked diligently to correct this error. He was polite, professional and had the patience of a saint. Thank you Mario for all of your hard work.
Mario was awesome! Helped me get fixed up, he has the patience of a saint. Somehow I had gotten a virus on my phone and took it in to the Glen Ellyn AT&T, I had no clue how to get rid of it, this young man took his time and worked with my phone till he figured it out, I was so impressed, I would have thrown my phone by then. I want to say Thank You again to Mario and to AT&T for letting their employees to help people who are not tech savvy like me. Mario did not make me feel bad or stupid for asking for his expertise. While we thought our initial meeting with this store went well, when we got our next bill we were VERY frustrated because of the increase in charges. We were told, quite emphatically, by the store manager, Mario, that our charges would be the same. My next bill was $130 higher. He told us nothing about one time activation and proration charges. But the biggest issue is that he added insurance to all of our phone lines without asking or telling us! It feels like they are pushing the sale of new lines…wonder if they receive some sort of bonus for that because it made us feel like a “bait and switch” scheme. Had to call AT&T directly to rectify and learned that this is only an authorized dealer and not one of their own stores. Highly disappointed

Me and my dad were in desperate need of new phones. Lex and Mario were very informative about the options and services ATNT provided. Lex was especially helpful and patient with showing my dad the new features that came with his updated phone. Overall wonderful and informative experience. I will be returning!!
Today i came into AT&T having issues with multiple devices. I was greeted upon entry by the two friendly staff members Mario and Aimee. As the team were trouble shooting we engaged in friendly conversation. Before I knew it my issues were solved on each device. If you are in search of quality service this location is your go to!
