I purchased a new phone, and was in and out of the store within 40 minutes. Vanessa the specialist was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was greeted and acknowledged when I walked in the door. She provided me with the information I needed to pick a new phone. She made sure I understood how to set up my new phone and helped me get started. While I was being assisted,, she greeted all customers who walked in letting them know she would be with them shortly. The store is clean with the latest phones. Great experience. Great customer service. Love my new phone!! It takes the best pics.
Vanessa was able to quickly solve our issue when a visit to another store and a call to corporate resulted in no outcome. If there is a company employee rewards program, she should definitely be compensated!
Vanessa from the Langhorne AT&T store was wonderful, helpful and so kind. She was very knowledgeable. We were greeted with a kind smile as well as a friendly hello. She answered all of our questions and gave us pricing for adding another line to my plan. She was overall fantastic. We will be returning for sure.
Came it just to see if we could afford to switch from metro. Ended up walking out with 2 iPhones for less than 100$. Trevor page helped us was the sales rep who helped and was exceptional. Me and my wife were very unsure about the purchase simple because we had so many questions. He was very knowledgeable. The manager was also very personable and helpful. I forget his name but those two made the experience perfect. 5 starts highly recommend
My husband opened an account for us back in February. Back in April, we went on vacation and I lost the phone he had just bought for me through AT&T. We had the absolute worst experience getting a replacement phone all because the man who initially open the account put his email wrong. I forget his name, but he’s taller, darker skinned, and has glasses at this store. Because he initially put the email in wrong, it took days for us to get a replacement phone. I was able to get a loaner phone, but from a different store. We went in to this store when we initially lost the phone when we came home from vacation and this man did absolutely nothing. He told us to come back when a manager was available, didn’t even listen to what we had to say or allow us to fully explain the problem. Because of his mess up, it took us 3/4 days just to file a claim with asurion to get a new phone because they were sending security messages to an incorrect email. I lost so much money because I cannot work without a phone. The worst of it is, after all of that, the most credit that AT&T could give us was $50, when I lost more than 8x that amount of money just for taking time off because I cannot even physically clock into work without a phone. Worst store, worst experience. My husband and I will be paying off the phones and leaving, and persuading our friends and family to leave AT&T as well.
I went in for a new phone after having my iPhone for about 5 years. Anthony greeted me and helped me with explaining in detail the various qualities of each phone I was interested in. I was able to get a phone I felt comfortable purchasing and Anthony made sure I knew everything AT&T had to offer as promotions can sometimes lead to something I might have never known of or thought of trying out. Anthony was attentive and knowledgeable which made my experience smooth without any stress of my new purchase.
I spoke to Jasmine this morning who is Anthony's boss. I cannot say enough about the impeccable service I received at your Langhorne store yesterday afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, helpful and can't say enough about my positive experience. I would highly recommend him to any customer who likes quality service.
After having a bad experience last year, I was very hesitant to return but I’m so glad I did! I worked with Vanessa and let me say that she is such an awesome employee and just such a wonderful person!! She took the time to figure out every price option down to the exact penny and helped me with every aspect of purchasing a new phone and transferring from my old phone, looking at different plan options to help save me money, and took the extra time to check on me while she was with other customers as well.
